Development of Park and fixing of signages work at Mahaveerji district Karauli

Suppying and fixing of signages at various places in Shree Mahaveer ji . The signages shall be made out of 2No. ACP sheet 4mm thick fixed on 2no MS frame of 100 X 100 mm hollow MS section alround, with 2No. Horizontal and 2No. Vertical members of 50 X 100mm hollow MS sections fixed at equidistant. The over all size of the ACP sheet with frame shall be 3600 X 2400 mm. The text as approved shall be written on Vinyl sheet pasted on both the exposed surfaces of the ACP sheet. Both the MS hollow frames with ACP sheet shall be fixed on MS hollow pipe round in shape of dia 300mm. The hollow pipes shall be 3600mm (upto ACP sheet) above ground level and 1050mm below ground level fixed with cement concrete(1:2:4) block of size 450 X 450 X 600mm and fixed with MS base plate of size 300 X 300mm with bolts as reqired. The work also includes painting of MS material with red oxide and enamel paint as directed by E.I.

Fine grinded Gangsaw cut 150mm thick stone covering over exsisiting drain with base of cement mortar 1:4 & jointed with grey cement slurry i.c raithal, kharanja & cement concrete 1:2:4, 50mm thick on top. Complete with pink sand stone (Bansi Pharpur stone). The area of each stone shall not be less then 7200 Sqcm. As directed by E.I.

Providing, laying, spreading & compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam, specifications i/c spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with smoth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade & camber, applying & brooming, stone screening to fill up the inter stices of coarse aggregate, watering & compacting to the required density grading 2 as per MORTH specifications clause 404 using crusher broken aggregate by machnical means.

Loosining, leveling and compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment scarified to a depth of 150mm mixed with water OMC & then compacted by rolling so as to achive minimum dry density as given in T tables 300-1 & 300-2 for embankment coonstruction as per MORTH specfication clause 305.3.4.

P/F fine dressed kerb stone ( Dand stone) along with road with top edges dressed in cement mortar 1:4 i/c pointing in cement slurry with admixture of pigment complete in all respect as per direction of E.I.(Pink Banshi Pharpur stone) size of stone shall be 300 X 600 mm and 200mm thick

Suppying , stacking and sperading of good soil of earth at site for lawn purposes Complete i/c loading and unloading and tranportation etc.

Supply and fixing of signages made out of Bansi Pharpur stone 75mm thick size 600X900mm fixed inclined on round shape stone column of 300mm dia fixed on base plate of stone of sizes450 X450mm X 50mm thick. The work also includes fixing of brass plate 6 mm thick on the stone signages with matter engraved on it of the same size as that of stone signage. complete in all respect as per direction of EI.
