Disconnecting the suction and delivery pipe line and electric connections of submersible pump set of 7.5 HP / 5 HP and removing it from its original position alongwith pipes and fittings carefully including chain pulley with tripod and transporting the same to the work shop (situated within the twin cities) for repair and refixing the same in its original position after repairs including connecting up of water and electric connections including testing and commissioning complete all as specified. Note:- (i) Expendable stores like cotton waste / cleaning materials, lubricants, gland packing, metal filling, machining and transportation from site to work shop and back are deemed to be included in rate quoted. (ii) Labour element is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

M&L for Lowering of submersible pump set of any capacity including all pipes and fittings complete with chain pulley and tripod after cleaning/repairing by means into open bore well and connecting electrical and water connections including testing on full load complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of the submersible motor with PVC insulated conductor with super enameled copper conductor with ‘F’ class heavy grade insulation weight and turns to achieve its full efficiency including tying the winding and connecting the coils and brining the connections as that of existing one including applying insulating varnish, heating and backing the windings thoroughly for submersible motor of above 5 HP and up to 7.5 HP capacity including taking down old unserviceable existing copper winding complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3 above but for the submersible motor above 3 HP and up to 5 HP capacity.

M&L disconnecting and removing the water and electric connections carefully from the existing submersible pump sets of capacity up to 7.5 HP for inspection, repairs and reassembling the pump and motor as per the original assembly after repairs / replacing the worn out unserviceable parts with new parts as ordered, including cleaning replacing the minor items like packing bolts, nuts, washers and MS clamps etc and applying one coat of approved hammertene spray paint on exposed steel surfaces, making the pump and motor fully serviceable including matching etc and testing the both after refixing and commissioning the pump set for satisfactory operation on its full load complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (a) The spares required for repair the pump sets will be measured and paid separately under respective item. (b) Expendable stores like cotton waste/cleaning materials, lubricants, gland packing, metal filling and transportation from site to work shop and back shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted. (c) Labour elements deemed to be included in unit rate.

Flushing/de-silting of accumulated soil from inside the borewell up to 250 mm dia and depth up to 150 meter by using air compressor/ special equipments of existing borewells including surging and flushing the bore at a pressure of 7 Kg / Sq cm complete with compressed air and flushing the sand, mud etc from the bore well till discharge of the fresh water, including testing of water samples for chemical and bacteriological tests and yield testing for 4 hours complete all as specified and directed . Note: The rate shall be inclusive of hiring of Air compressor /special equipment, diesel, tools and Accessories including transportation and skilled man power to execute the work.

Supply and lay submersible copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade PVC insulated flexible, PVC sheathed with multistranded copper conductor cutting to required length connecting with necessary end ferrules / water proof joints of following size including removing the existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F replacement of single pole contactor type MK-2 suitable for 7.5 HP capacity submersible pump including disconnecting and removing the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Make:- L&T Cat Part No SS90945 or equivalent make in IndioAsian/Legrand as approved by GE.

S&F single phase preventer, SPPR type 360/380/415 volts suitable upto 7.5 HP pump including connecting up of wire / cable testing complete including removing the existing unserviceable one all as specified and directed. S&F Motor protection relay protection over load, single phasing, current unbalance , phase sequence reversal, under current, test facility suitable upto 7.5 HP pump including connecting up of wire / cable testing complete including removing the existing unserviceable one all as specified and directed. S&F DOL starter 3 phase 415 Volts, 7.5 HP capacity rating 14 Amps, relay range 20 to 32 Amps, MK-1, including connecting up of incoming and outgoing connections and testing commissioning, including removing the existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Make:- L & T Cat Part No SS96210 or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Design Fabricating supply and erecting connecting and testing totally enclosed LT cubicle panel board 3 Phase 4 wire system outdoor type front openable type, separate compartment for each control gear, cable alley, provision of knock out type plates for various sizes of cable in and out, incoming and out going feeders duly marked on revited plates etc complete CPRI approved factory made fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly treated through 7 tank pre treatment process and painted with epoxy powder coated mat finish of SIEMENS GREY structural RAL 7032 shade colour built in industrial type locking arrangement on front and back, and pre wired with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor for controls and monitors, PVC sleeved aluminium strip for connecting MCCBs ,Panel mounted on Angle iron frame of 50x50x6mm thick duly painted and embedded in PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, 45 CM below ground level and 15 Cm above ground level including taking down old unserviceable existing one and consisting the following provisions:- (a) MCCB 63 Amp 25 KA 4 pole -1 No (b) DOL starter Heavy duty 7.5 HP with relay 9-14 Amp - 1No (c) Single phase preventer -1No (d) Pump ON and Supply ON indicator- 1 Set (e) Phase reversal protection for protecting motor from reverse running.

Supply & Installation of Advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe in-pipe Technology upgraded (Zinc & Alloy Coated), ZINC COATED (80-100) microns with pure Zinc (99.9%) & ALLOY COATING (200-250) microns. Earthing System confirming IS 3034. The outer and inner pipe should be 48.3mm & 26.4mm 2mtrs Length, Zinc coated with additional special Alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional protection of the Terminal. The annular space between the pipes being filled up with COMPACT FILL (CF) (Crystalline Conductive Compound). The COMPACT FILL (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity, the job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by Baron Conductolite Back Fill compound (Ground Enhancer), the BFC should be eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazardous material/metal having ROHS Certification from NABL accredited lab.

The earth pit should be provided with a FRP or EPCC earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. In areas where soil condition is bad, G00D EARTH i.e. BLACK COTTON OR MOISTURES NORMAL SOIL is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the arranged soil with BFC 3 bags CONDUCTOLITE BFC for installation of earth electrode. As the earth electrode is the main component of the Earthing system which is in direct contact with the ground and thus provides a means of releasing or collecting earth leakage currents. The material should have good electrical conductivity & anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions. Model ASEEL 19 (Zinc & AC Coated ) (All the above given dimensions may vary ± 1 MM). OR Make “INDELEC”, “ERICO”, “MACMATE” . For installation of 2m earth electrode 1 Electrode with 3 bags BFC Conductolite to mixed with soil for lowering soil resistivity in excavated pit. 1) The buried Conductors (GI/Copper/ALM) are to be covered by 150mm thick layer of CONDUCTOLITE for additional protection of conductors & better conductivity to lower the resistivity of soil & bring down earth resistance. Reboreing/re-Drilling of existing borewell up to 350 mm dia, from the existing depth, at any type of strata by mud flash rotating equipment, from the Existing depth to 100 Meters . Supply and Lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, class LV, type-I, flat of size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid across in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.
