Also refer paras 18.60 and 18.60 A of MES Schedule Part-I.(iii) Payment for inlet, outlet and over flow pipes and ball valve shall be made separately. However cost of providing necessary GI fittings such as nipples with check nuts for inlet and outlet pipes, GI plug with check nut for over flow pipe and 30 cm long wash out pipe, GI 20mm nominal bore, medium grade and check nut for wash out pipes of size as per actual requirements and as directed shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.(iv) HDPE storage tanks shall be procured from the manufacturers as per Appendix “B”.)

Material incorporation & Protection be provided as Terrasheild first apply with water (ratio terrasheild : water will be 4:1) as primer with coverage area 0.1 Kg per Sqm. After 2-3 hour later, second step apply directly first coat of terrasheild 0.30 to 0.40 mm thickness coverage area 0.5 to 0.75 Kg per Sqm with roller.Spread non woven geo textile of 40 / 50 gsm with overlap of 50 mm in both direction when the surface is still tacky. After 4-6 hour later, apply third step apply over second coat of terrasheild 0.30 to 0.40 mm thickness coverage area 0.5 to 0.75 Kg per Sqm with roller. final thickness of complete treatment should be minimum 1.0 mm. Water tank and Khurra location one additional coat of terrasheild 0.30 to 0.40 mm thickness coverage area 0.5 to 0.75 Kg per Sqm be provided. after complete application full curing minimum 7 days . Above complete application will be done by authorized apllicator of Manufacturer and to the manufacturer's specification.
