EARTHEN POND WORK:

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ bymechanical means including stacking of serviceablematerial and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge In cement mortar

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Removing the existing damaged PCC slab and relining the bund with precast PCC slab of size 45 CM x45CM x 5 CM with cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm to 12 mm size ) including cost of centering , shuttering, cost of mould and top finished with cement Mortar 1:3mon exposed surface, including cost of fabrication and fixing of precast slab on the bunds including pointing with CM 1:3, trimming the sides levelling and neat finishing the sides and slopes etc., complete as directed by the dept. officers

Earth work excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excaation) / manual means over areas ( exceeding 50 cm in depth , 1.5 m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) including disposal of excavate earth , lead up to 1.50 disposed soil to be levelled and neat ly dressed and dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms . The rate is inclusive of cost of dewatering where and whenever necessary , cost of all toools and plants, labour charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officer-in-charge All Kinds of soil

Filling with available earth (excluding rock) in trenches or embankment in layers (each layer should not exceed 15 cm), with intermediate layer of compacted earth (Soil density of 98%) after every four layers of compacted depth of fly ash, sides & top layer of filling shall be done with earth having total minimum compacted thickness 30 cm or as decided by Engineer -in-charge, including compacting each layer by rolling/ ramming and watering, all complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer -in - charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10(1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing .1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at Top of the masonry work . Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at Top of the masonry work . Including Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) but excluding rubble stone quantity (utilise the available stone at site)

Supply and filling with locally available earth ( quarry dust) in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth , consolidating each deposited layer by ramming including rolling the top most layer with hand roller and dressing up to all leads and lifts complete as directed by the departmental officers -in-chage

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete.

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) : Flush/ Ruled pointing

Providing and laying high density poly ethylene liner/ geo membrance ( 1000 micronthick) including jointing,welding and labour charges etc., completed as directed by the departmental officer-in-charge

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

GST for all the above items in percentage has be given in the cell-M30 and GST amount will be calculated automatically in Cell-BA30.
