Earth work in excavation including stacking/disposal of surplus earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000 meters exclusive of compensation of earth (MoRTH specification Clause 301 to 305). mechanically by power shovel including mechanical loading and carriage up to 50m.

Carriage of earth,Sand ,line morrum,manure or sludge for 5 KM

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing , compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level 1:4:8 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregates 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge plastic coated designer cement concrete paver blocks of required strength, thickness and size/shape, made by table vibratory method, to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds, laid in required Grey/yelow/Red or any other colur and pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of Coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blicks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plater vibrator, gilling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required seze and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra snad in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. all complete as per manufacturer's sepecifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 80 mm thick CC interlocking paver of M-30 grade with aproved colour design and pattern

Removing & re-fixing of precast cement concrete interlocking paving blocks of all sizes over 50 mm thick course sand bedding (duly compacted) including filling of joints with sand complete in all respect.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead.

Brick masonry in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 using class designation 75 bricks etc. complete

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1: 6 including raking of joints etc. complete fine finish , 12 mm thick

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding: New work (two or more coats) over and including scrapping and priming coat with cement primer.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and or required shade to give an even shade including all scaffolding:New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide

Stone work (machine cut edges) for Wall cladding/ Veneering work up to 10m height with 20 to 30 mm thick Red Sand Stone (Karauli ) and backing filled with a grout of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade :(To be secured to the backing by means of cramps which shall be paid separately)Exposed face rough dressed
