REPAIR TO INTERLOCKING, CHAIN LINK FENCING, SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLES AND OTHER MISC WORKS AT CHANGSARI MIL STN UNDER GE RANGIA

S&F of mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work with MS angle, channel, flat iron, plates, etc. including necessary drilling, cutting (as required) conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete including necessary formwork and demolition of existing old unserviceable concrete, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors/ fixed to wall, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built and set in cement mortar 1:6, incl demolition of existing B/W,complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built and set in cement mortar 1:4, incl demolition of existing B/W, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of 4.0mm dia GI Chain Link Fencing of 100x100mm Mesh to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: Cost of GI Binding Wire shall deem to be included in the quoted Unit Rate and MS nut-bolt-washer, tie bar, flat iron will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for providing glossy finished Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 with grey cement and pigments to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor/ path/ hardstanding/plinth protection, etc. or similar works, laid in altenate bays including use and waste of form work and finishing concrete surfaces even and fair and demolition of existing old unserviceable concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; including dismentaling of existing old unserviceable paver block, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously un-treated steel/iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of any tint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in cement morter 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cleaning of septic tanks of any capacity with removing of sludges etc and carrying to a distance exc 100 meters but n.exc 250 meters and depositing in ditches including necessary rough excavation over areas in soft/ loose soil with spreading and leveling of excavated soils in the ditches over the sludge, removing surplus soils to a distance n.exc 50m and supply and sprinkling bleaching powder over the area of ditches with one meter around, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Unit Quoted Rate shall be inclusive of Excavation and Bleaching powder)

All as per serial item No 15 here-in above but cleaning of manholes of any size and depth complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Cost of Excavation and bleaching powder shall deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.)

M&L for cleaning of sewage line of any dia and of any type by rodding/pumping carefully from water closet to first manholes/inspection chamber or drain to manholes and removing all blockage in pipe lines and well flushing with water including making good of leakage in joint wherever required in cement mortar (1:2) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
