Laying 5 layer BWF approved indoor highly resilient sports flooring system of 8mm thick rubber mat and 2mm thick PU coating for SAC building badminton court. Polyflex PU-IN : 1) PU Flex 140 - Special, Polyurethene, two- components adhesive : It is applied with a V notch trowel on dry waterproof surfaces on concrete 1kg / sqm as 1st layer without raising humidity issues or asphalt. 2) ISOPOL 854 Shock pad in Roll - Elastic, prefabricated shock-pad made of recycled rubber providing shock-absorbency, in thickness of 4mm upto 12mm. It is used as cushion substrate before the application of polyurethane. 3) Polysport stucco 950 - Polyurethane, elastic, two component pore filler : It is used for sealing porous prefabricated subfloor of sports flooring 0.80kg/sqm over shock roll such as ISOPOL 854 or wet-pour cushion shock-pads shall be applied by flat trowel. 4) Polysport PU 951 - Polyurethane, self-levelling, two-component coat for indoor sports surfaces 2-2.2 kg/sqm as 1st layer over polysport stucco. It will create multi purppose shock absorbent resilient sports flooring system. pore filling with polysport stucco 950 precedes its application. Applied by V-notch trowel and the parallel use of spiked roller. 5) Polysport 952 - Polyurethane, aliphatic, two-component top coating for indoor sport floorings 0.25 kg/sqm as 2nd layer over polysport stucco. Providing and applying two cross layers by airless spray or short haired mohair roller. MR- Minimum 5yrs guarantee to be given. The rate quoted shall also inclusive of any corrective layers to be applied on the existing surface if required. The contractor shall inspect and assess the existing flooring surface before bidding. No extra claim shall be paid for any additional corrective layers to be applied. The Dimension of the court shall be as per BWF Standards.

Painting the existing floor using with Rubberized paint ( MRF or equalent ) of Two or more coats for court marking. The paint shall be applied through cleaning sealing the crack and the rate inclusive of labor material etc.. The court shall be marked with line marking as per the BWF Standards. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of all material , labour, transportation and application etc., complete in all respects as per BWF standards. The Contractor shall produce the third party certification for approval of the methodology and executed work. The third party agency shall be appointed as per the recommendation of the Institute Gymkhana, IIT Madras. The rate quoted shall also inclusive of any corrective layers to be applied on the existing surface if required. The contractor shall inspect and assess the existing flooring surface before bidding. No extra claim shall be paid for any additional corrective layers to be applied. The Dimension of the court shall be as per BWF Standards.

Polysport 952 - Polyurethane, aliphatic, two-component top coating for indoor sport floorings 0.25 kg/sqm as 2nd layer over polysport stucco. Providing and applying two cross layers by airless spray or short haired mohair roller. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of all material , labour, transportation and application etc., complete in all respects for outer peripheral of the badminton court.
