Note 1:- (Applicable for all parts/items) : The biidders/contractors are advised to read tender documents & all corrigendum/amendments and general condition of contracts before entry/quoting the rates. Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

Supply, laying, jointing and commissioning of cable XLPE insulated circular aluminium conductor, conductor screen with extruded semi conducting compound, insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape (0.3KA for 1 sec) cores laid up, innersheath of PVC tape, galvanised steel flat strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed cable conforming to IS 7098/ Part II 1985, ,11000 volts (E), grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm 3 core including insertion of cable carefully into existing runway /PTT duct complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation of pole / stay, or cable trenches and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Returning filling in incl spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as specified and as directed by the engineer –in- charge.

M&L clean and dry sand (unwashed) in trenches around the cable for cushioning complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Sand cushioning 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm after laying the cable & punned down 18cm,and punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP,type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm with marking top of the cover "ELECTRIC" complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only precast concrete cable cover size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm or as per obtained from existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for power cable route marker pre-cast RCC of size 1500mm x 300mm x 50 mm with top curved portion, 8 mm dia round bar reinforcement, emboshing of letter (MES-POWER- CABLE) both faces of pre-cast during casting of RCC pre-cast, applying two coats of external emulsion paint with primer approved colour and painting of emboshed surface with black colour including earth work for fixing of route marker complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor end termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing HT Bus Bar factory made CPRI approved made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet on angle iron framing 50X50X6 mm MS with cannopy on top spread out 15 cm from top, HT resin cast moulded bushing fitted on 12 mm glass fibre inside top plate suitable for 11KV with 3 Nos copper bus bar 400 amp current capacity separeted with fire returdent seperator mounted on HT Insulator 06, duly powder coated painted externaly and internaly and danger marking of 11000 volt complete of size 1.5X1.5X1.0 metre including all cable jointing nuts bolts made of brass/ HS steel of sutable size and PCC for grouting of Joint Box to be fixed 02 feet height from ground lebel all as directed by the engineer –in- charge. NOte: HT Indoor Joint cable jointing KIt shall be measured and sepearely.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised steel strip of size 32 x 6 mmas earthing lead upto equipment/ pole/panel by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part I, incl excavation and earth work in any type of soil, GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade as protection pipe, charcoal filling, common salt ,PCC 1:3:6 type CI using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in chamber, MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm and RCC precast cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm dia graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm c/c both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, CI funnel and wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, connected to earth test point incl testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : GI Strip of size 32 x 6 mm from earthing to HT Panel box alongwith protection GI Pipe 40 mm dia shall be included in the quoted rates.

M & L for taking down existing damaged HT UG cable 11000 volts (E), grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm to 120 sqmm 3 core including insertion of cable carefully into existing runway /PTT duct complete all as specified and directed.carefully from trenches and keeping the HT UG Cable and cable cover properly in safe custody for relaying complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Earth work will be measured and paid seperately in the respecitive items of schedule.

Re-laying/Re-routing of serviceable HT UG Cable carefully 11000 volts (E), grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm to 120 sqmm 3 core including insertion of cable carefully into existing runway /PTT duct complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 12 & 13 :- Earth work and re-laying of cable cover will be measured and paid seperately in the respective item of schedule.
