Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of DX type interwined circuit (5.5 TR X 2) hydrophylic coated cooling coil, made out of copper tubing 3/8 inches outer dia 0.36mm thick imported with extruded aluminium 0.15mm thick coil fins 12 to 13 nos per inch in 6/8 nos row having coil face area of 5.6 Sqft (875mm X 600mm) size, Coil Velocity of 500 FPM, 2 Nos of Distributor, Copper headers all duly supported with 16 SWG outer frame made out of GI sheet complete including material and labour for fixing and brazing work for pipe connections, refrigerant leak testing, complete including dismantling, removing, taking down the old unserviceable chilled water cooling coil, chilled water pipes and accessories from the existing AHU and handover to AGE E/M store yard all as specified and as directed.

S&F Removable type factory made washable pre-filter of 10 microns of standard size with GI frame including removing of unserviceable metallic pre-filters all as directed. (Size -630mm X 630mm X 50mm = 1nos, 315mm X 630mm X 50mm = 1nos) all as specified and as directed.

Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of air cooled condensing unit capacity of 5.5 TR capable of working with R407c eco friendly refrigerant all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of refrigerant piping from AHU to Condensing unit using 16 swg hard drawn copper pipe, fittings and supports for Liquid & Suction Line. The liquid line should be painted with approved colour enamel paint and Suction pipe should be insulated with 19mm thick nitrite rubber tubular foam and wrapped with UV tape all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of thermostatic expansion valve and filter drier for condensing unit all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of 25mm/32 mm Drain piping with 6mm thick nitrite rubber tubular insulation all as specified and as directed.

Supply and charging of refrigerant R407c all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of stand made out of 40 x 5 mm MS angle of suitable size as per manufacturer's instructions for fixing the out door unit all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of GI perforated 16 SWG thickness cable tray with cover of size 200 mm x 50 mm including coupler plates, bends and cable tie etc all specified and as directed

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated 4 sqmm 4 core copper armoured cables, glands and lugs, Cables should be layed in GI perforated cable tray for power supply from Control panel to ODU all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated 2.5 sqmm 3 core copper armoured cables, glands and lugs, Cables should be layed in GI perforated cable tray for power supply from controll panel to AHU all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated 2.5 sqmm 4 core copper armoured cables, glands and lugs, Cables should be layed in GI perforated cable tray for power supply from controll panel to heater bank all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated 1.5 sqmm 4 core copper armoured cables, glands and lugs, Cables should be layed in GI perforated cable tray for all controll wiring all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of 450mm x 450mm size fire rated flexible canvas on AHU mouth all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm burried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including GI wire of size 4 mm by means of nut, bolt, check nut and washer etc made of GI and connection to test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR part I and specified or indicated including excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 in chamber, precast 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 with CI frame, funnel, GI Pipe 20 mm bore medium grade for watering and 15 mm bore GI Pipe medium grade for protection and test point complete all as specified and as directed. Note:GI wire 4mm up to 7.5m height is deemed to be included under quoted rate

M&L for galvanised Iron earth continuity conductor of size 25 x 4 mm fixed to wall /or buried in ground or fixed to poles or any other indicated position with suitable size of clamps, nuts and bolts for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 70 sq mm 3.5 core all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exceeding 1.5m in depth getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in tranches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exceeding 1.5m in depth getting out soft/disintegrated rock all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fine river sand for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before laying of cable & 15 cm after laying of cable (total 23 cm) in trenches, duly punning to a thickness of 18 cm for cable protection complete all as directed and specified. Note:- Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment.

Supply and lay PCC cable cover class LV, type I, flat size 250mmx150mmx40mm with ISI mark all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed

Supply and laying in trenches for GI tubing 80 mm dia light grade for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and as directed
