M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

All as above item No.2 but except bricks of any type.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in built in CM 1:4 including demolition of old bricks in drains complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of PCC in ground floors n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level and its removal upto 150 meter complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggrigate) laying in alternete panels as in path with chequered finish complete all as specified and directed

S&F Machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block with gloss finished of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade including joint filled with gray cement and pigment to match the shade complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No. 7 but 80 mm thick, M-40 Grade

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in Sub -base, floor and pavings etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Chequered heavy duty industrial tiles 10mm thick (sqaure/ rectangular) area of each tile exc.0.06 sqm but not exc. 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregete as in Path/hard standing Concrete laid in alternate panels & brooming the surface for depth of 2-3 mm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed

M&L for factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required including demolition of old kerb stone, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removal complete all as specified and directed

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel, n exc 50cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing precast cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), Set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mouldings and demolition of old jallies, removal complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and its removal upto 150 meters complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other then fair face of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with making groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed

M & L for three coats of white wash on new plastered surface of wall including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M & L for two coat of cement base paint on new plastered surface of wall over one coat of primer & preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed

M & L for one coat of cement base paint on old plastered surface of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for one coat of white wash including preparation of old surfaces of walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying Two coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint and UV resistance , Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied over new surfaces, kerb stones etc complete all as specified and directed

All as per item 27 but applying one coat on old surfaces

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete ( reinforcement cut to facilitate demolition ) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, removal complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in cover slabs ( for manholes etc.), chullah hoods, chajjas , shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed

S&F TMT steel bars 6 to 8mm dia in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia) complete all as specified and directed

S&F frame work such as door or gates, grating etc, including hooks, hold fast, locking, hanging arrangement, fastening and fixing posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. complete to similar work conferming to fe-290 Gde E-165 including dismantling existing structure etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated Steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for granite work 14-16mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateform and like over 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using stone dust with admixture of pigment to match shade of granite incl dimolition of existing stone/tiles etc and its removal upto 150 meters complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches after excavation, if required, removal complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 300 mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 150 mm thick Concrete bed to drain pipes 300 bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides & surrounding of pipes after they are laid and tested; in cement conctrete type C-2, 1:3:6, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified. & directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate)as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed

Deduct: Total amount of SCHEDUL 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs 18000.00 ( to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
