Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Buying and Stacking of silent rork cracking chemical powder at site as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Drilling of 32 mm dia holes on the hard rock to the depth of 0.330 m by using compressor and pouring 'Canon ' rock crack chemical powder mixing with clean water in the ratio of 1:4(1 part of water and 4 parts of chemical powder) as directed by Engineer in charge. 12mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Cost of Machineries for Breaking and Stocking of Chemically cracked rock masses at site.
