Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand ) using new best country Bricks of size 8 ¾” x 4 ¼” x 2 ¾” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. complying with std. specifications.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces using MS Sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and or suitable shifted with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joints of size 10cm x 6.5cm, complete complying with standard specification

Dadooing the walls from the floor level with vertified tiles of 300mmx200mm x 6mm of best and approved quality set in cement mortar 1:2 mix (one cement and two sand) 12mm thick and pointing with white cement neatly as directed Complying with standard specifications

Supplying and fixing over the floors best quality of scratch ceramic tiles of 30 c.m x 30c.m x 6mm size of approved colour laying with cement mortor 1:3 mix pointing the joints with colour pigments etc. Complete.

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:3 Mix to 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Waster water pipe, 32mm dia C.P. Brass waster coupling, plug with chain, 15mm dia PVC connection, 15mm G.M. wheel valve with ISI mark and necessary G.I. union and G.I. Elbow, including fixing wash hand basin in position with white lead, clamps, teakwood plugs, screws, rubber washer etc., complete without any leakage complying with standard specifications.
