The firm must mention the make/brand of the item offered. Firms/OEM ensure Make Jindal/TATA/SAIL. Own/Any other than specified Make(i.e Jindal/TATA/SAIL) will be considered suitable if OEM has supplied the material against Railway Board indent order,and documentary evidence in support of this must be submit along with offer otherwise offer will be summarily rejected. Also make of OEMs having BIS registration for tendered item are also eligible make provided they attach relevant documents along with bid otherwise offer is liable to be passed over. Also firms quoting erroneously and specifying in make "as per Tender" without clearly specifying make/makes their offer will be summarily rejected.

Railway reserve the right to place regular bulk order on the firm who have supplied same/similar M.S.plate size 2500x2500x16 mm as per IS:2062/2011 of different sizes in the past to SECR or any other Railways. Firm should provide documentary evidence of supply with their offer.

Material is required strictly as per SOR. Other grade is not acceptable.

If firm will offer with delivery term FOR ex-Works and delivery by Road/Rail then firm shall dispatch the stores in such a way that it shall reach the ultimate consignee before terminal date of delivery mentioned in the contract. In such cases merely the dispatch of material within contractual delivery period does not mean that the firm has supplied the material within contractual delivery period but it shall reach to ultimate consignee on or before contractual delivery period as date of supply of material.

Warranty /Guarantee Clause: As per Specification, in case not specified in the specification then as Per IRS condition of contract clause 3200. Firm shall provide Guarantee Certificate along with the customer care No. with each packet.

Packing Instructions: Packing shall be as per Specification & Manufacturer supplier name, year, month of manufacturing should be indicated/embossed/marked on the material/product/packing as per the specification / drawing.

Unloading of materials: Supply and unloading of materials to be arranged by firm.
