Supplying of following size of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured power cable of aluminium conductor confirming to IS: 7098 Part - II -1985 with latest amendments etc. as required. (a) 3 core X 300 Sqmm. - 33 KV Grade (E).

Supply of HDPE Pipes of 160 mm dia as per IS: 4984 : 2016 of Material Grade : PE 63 & Pressure Rating of PN 8 etc as required.

Making horizontal boring by HDD method suitable for laying of 160 mm dia. (min.) HDPE Pipe at a min. depth of 1.2 meter below the common ground surface level i/c drawing & laying of HDPE Pipe etc complete as required ( Supply of HDPE pipe not included).

Laying of one no. XLPE/PVC insulated PVC sheathed power cable of 33 KV of size exceeding 120 Sqmm but not exceeding 400 Sqmm in the existing RCC/hume/stone ware/GI/HDPE Pipe as required

Laying of one no. XLPE/PVC insulated PVC sheathed power cable of 33 KV of size exceeding 120 Sqmm but not exceeding 400 Sqmm in the existing masonary open duct.

Supplying and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 33 kV grade as required.

3 core X 300 Sqmm.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm niminal size) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10 cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Constructing masonry Chamber 120x120x100 cm inside, in brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) , i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design.

Supply, Installation, testing and Commissioning of indoor type 500 KVA,3 Phase oil immersed natural cooled (ONAN) double wound with copper wire, continuous rated core type 33 KV/433 V, 50 Hz with off load tap changer +/- 7.5 % in 2.5% step transformer, delta connected on HT side and Star connected on LT side with vector group DYn11, cable box for HT & MV termination suitable for 33 KV, 3 core x 300 Sq.mm.XLPE cable on HT side and 1.1 KV, 3.5 core upto 400 Sq. mm cable connection arrangement on LT side complete with all accessories. Buchnolz relay and first fill of filtered oil and confirming to IS:1180 Level 2 & additional specifications etc as required.

SITC of Adapter Panel for extension of/ integration with the existing 33 KV VCB Panel board of Siemens make outgoings including complete connections,interconnections & other provisions whatever required as per site condition (If required)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning ISI maked (IS:15683) Fire Extinguisher, Carbon-di-oxide type capacity 4.5 kg. Flat base including valve, discharge hose of not less than 10mm dia, 1M long, and complete in all respects including initial fill with CO2 gas conforming to IS:307-1966 and wall suspension braket as required as per specification.

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of 6kg ABC (Powder Type) Fire Extinguisher,Mild Steel Cylinders ISI marked fitted with pressure indicating gauge,internal tube,squeeze lever type valve fully charged with ABC 90 Powder (Monoammonium phoshate) pressured by Nitrogen complete in all respects including wall suspension bracket and conforming to IS:15683 as required as per specification.

Supply and fixing in position shock treatment charts written in "English" and "Hindi" duly mounted on wooden frame with glass covering / in fiber board etc. complete as required.

Supply and Fixing First Aid box made of MS with powder coating, front door transparent Made of Acrylic sheet of size 15"x11"x4" with two compartments, hinged cover with locking arrangement with necessary general medical grade tools and medicines.

Providing and fixing H.T. danger notice plate of 250 mm X 200 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Providing and fixing M.V. danger notice plate of 200 mm X 150 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Providing, laying and fixing following dia RCC pipe NP2 class (light duty) in ground complete with RCC collars, jointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including trenching (75 cm deep) and refilling etc. as required.

Supply & fixing of fire retardant / extinguishing Electrical Insulated synthetic mat of 2 mm thick + 10% conforming to IS 15652: 2006, & other applicable standards, suitable for all voltages upto 3.3 KV AC and having minimum width of 1000 mm +/- 20 mm and including fixing the same at site by using adhesive/compound as per site requirement.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 500 KVA (Minimum) Silent type D.G Set with DG set controller module mounted on DG set having AMF control, auto synchronizing, auto load sharing, auto load management, inbuilt metering & protection, communicable port (RS485) etc. and acoustic enclosure conforming to latest environment protection regulations for emmission and noise levels complete with Diesel Engine of suitable BHP (considering de-rating factor if any) at 1500 RPM, water cooled, (Radiator type), four stroke, electric start, turbo-charged & after cooled conforming to BS: 5514 with all standard accessories,coupled with Alternator of 500 KVA rating (minimum), brushless, self excited, self regulated and suitable for continuous operation , generating 415 V+/-5% Volts at 0.8 PF ( lag), 50Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system generally conforming to BS: 2613 & IS: 4722. Both Engine and Alternator shall be mounted on common channel iron base frame, with fuel pipe line upto 10 meter ( to be concealed under floor), exhaust pipe line upto 15 meter ( to be erected with sufficient M.S supports and insulated, hood on top) , Antivibration mountings, residential type silencer, electric starter, batteries & battery charger, fuel tank of 990 ltrs. capacity with level indicator, other standard accessories etc complete as required.
