Repair to 630A main switch and other electrical works at LIS Seen Thakran

Repair to 630A main switch and other electrical items installed at LIS Seen Thakran in district Udhampur by way of disconnecting of HT and LT line connections from the 400KVA transformer. Removing the top cover of the transformer after unscrewing all the nuts and bolts along with dismantling of damaged/burnt LT bushes. Providing and fitting of new LT bushes-04 nos in place of damaged LT bushes. Topping up of the Transformer oil by way of providing and filling of T-oil 80 litre approximately. Closing the top cover of the transformer after replacing the damaged rubber gasket, nuts and bolts. Providing and fitting of new LT fuse set on the pole near the substation in place of damaged LT fuse set. Making connections to the single core 400mm2 aluminium cable 4 leads by way of joining one end to the LT side of the transformer and other end to LT fuse set after crimping the ends of the cables and thimbling it properly by way of P/f of new thimbles-08 nos along with insulation, nuts, bolts and washers as per requirement in place of damaged ones. Providing/fitting of New Knife switch set in place of damaged one on the poles of electric substation after disconnecting power supply to the HT line. Job includes repair to 3.5 core 400mm2 burnt aluminium cable near the 630A main switch by way of disconnecting cable from the main switch and cutting the burnt cable. Providing/fitting of new cable approximately 4 metre by way of joining its one end with the help of nuts and bolts after p/f of aluminium thimbles-08 nos and insulating it properly with the help of cotton tape. Joining the other end of the cable with main switch by way of providing/fitting of aluminium thimbles-04 nos along with proper insulation after repair to 630A main switch of L&T make by way of p/f of new HRC fuses-03 nos having breaking capacity 100kA HN Size 3 of L&T make along with their connection plates/nuts/bolts as per site requirement. Testing of the cable after making all the electrical connections of the transformer and checking it for proper voltage in all the phases. Providing and fitting of three pole 32A main switch of reputed make for priming pump motor set installed at pump room and DP switch of reputed make for priming pump motor set installed at Intake. Job further includes repair to 20HP motor of Unit no II of LIS Seen Thakran Intake by way of disconnecting the electrical connections and decoupling of the motor from the pump and unbolting of the motor from the base frame. Dismantling of the motor and extraction of bearings from their housings. Providing and fitting of new bearings(6309C3) to the DE & NDE of 20HP motor after greasing properly and re-assembling the motor, re-installing the same on their original position at LIS Seen Thakran Intake and making its electrical connections. Replacement of damaged digital voltmeter and ampere meter of the 50A auto starter cum control panel of Unit No II. Checking of the motor for its smooth operation. Repair to 50 HP oil immersed starter of Unit No I of LIS Seen Thakran Intake after disconnecting all the electrical connections, dismantling all parts and cleaning of the contacts with appropriate chemical and anti-corrosive agent, extracting the damaged no volt coil, copper contacts(moving and fixed), copper fingers, overload relay of the tripping system and replacing the same with new ones. Providing and fitting of new lever/handle mechanism in place of damaged lever/handle for its safe operation. Providing/filling of Transformer oil 8 litre and checking it for its opration after making all the electrical connections. Complete Job includes cost of material, skilled/semi-skilled labour charges, carriage/shifting/transportation charges, hire charges of tools and tackles required at LIS Seen Thakran. Complete Job inclusive of all taxes as applicable.
