The bidder should be the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized empanelled dealer of items. Proof of the same should be scan and uploaded in the e-portal

Technical specification by the vender shall clearly include the model number/version or edition of the quoted item

The successful bidder or his authorized agent should have set up service center in Bengaluru and other places across the State for effective and efficient overall maintenance of the items supplied and installed and for carrying out repairs, replacement of parts etc. during the warranty period and thereafter. The particulars of such service centers viz., address, telephone numbers etc., should be furnished

The Bidder shall have GST Registration Certificate and same should be scan and uploaded in the e-portal

For the warranty period (3 years comprehensive onsite warranty) the successful bidder should have back-to-back agreement with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and a copy of such agreement should be scan and uploaded in the e-portal

Must have company owned (OEM) or authorized service provider remote support center

The tenderer should upload the copy of PAN card
