Providing 300mm dia Single under reamed RCC M-20(Bored Compaction) Pile of 9m length from cut off level including welding of cages, boring through all strata from existing ground level with removal of obstruction if any, using bentonite, providing required reinforcement 6 nos main bar @12mm dia and 60 nos ring @8 mm dia properly welded to the main bars , welded properly and disposing the boring earth out from the work site, including supply of all labour, materials, taxes, tollage, royalties, transportation, T&P etc complete exlcuding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.(excluding cost of Reinforcement) (Payment shall be made from cut off level).

Cutting of pile heads upto 0.30m from cut off level and disposing the debrises clear out of the work site with supply of all labour, T&P etc. complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Initial load Test for Pile including kenteledge of required load and supply of all testing equiments including construction of test pile cap and Dismantling the same after completion of test and submitting the test report as per ISI-2911(PT-IV) with supply of all labour, materials, taxes, tollage, royalties, transportation, T&P etc complete exlcuding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Routine load test for working pile including kenteledge of required load and supply of all testing equiments including construction of test pile cap and Dismantling the same after completion of test and submitting the test report as per ISI-2911(PT-IV) with supply of all labour, materials, taxes, tollage, royalties, transportation, T&P etc complete exlcuding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil with initial lead & lift with dressing, leveling & compacting the foundation bed, breaking the clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm, disposing the material at a designated place and keeping the required quantities for back filling with cost of labour, T&P, tollage,transportation, loading at one end & unloading at other end, all taxes, excluding GST all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Back filling the excavated material in low laying are using the excavated material with all lead & lift with dressing, leveling & compacting the material around the structure, breaking the clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm laying in layer not exceeding 0.30m. with cost of labour, T&P, tollage, taxes,compacting the same all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding GST.

Sweet Sand filling at required lacations including watering & ramming in layer not exceeding 300mm. Including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation charges, royalties, taxes, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding GST.

P.C.C(1:3:6) of using 20mm. & down C.B.H.G chips of approved quality in foundation & plinth including mixing, hosting, laying to proper level & slope consolidating, curing, watering charges, finishing smooth to the exposed surface with including cost & supply of all materials, labour, Transportation, T&P, all taxes, excluding GST etc all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

P.C.C(1:2:4) of using 20mm. & down C.B.H.G chips of approved quality in foundation & plinth including mixing, hosting, laying to proper level & slope consolidating, curing, watering charges, finishing smooth to the exposed surface with including cost & supply of all materials, labour, Transportation, T&P, all taxes, excluding GST etc all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced Cement concrete (1 cement:1.5 Coarse sand :3 chips) using 12mm to 20mm size C.B.H.G chips of approved quality for all floors, foundation & plinth etc. of including mixing in a mixer machine, hoisting, laying in proper level, consolidating by mechanical vibrator, finished smooth to the form work and exposed surface, curing, water charges, including cost of materials, labour, Transportation, all testing, engagement & hire charges of all mechaniries, T & P, tollage, royalities, all taxes excluding GST etc. all complete but excluding cost of reinforcement, formwork and bending/binding charges as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing reinforcement steel of required diameter manufactured by SAIL/TISCON/VIZAG steel of Fe-500 confirming to IS-1786 including cutting, straightening, bending, binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works including binding the grills with binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge including cost of steel, all labour, materials, transportation charges, loading at one end & unloading at other end,T&P, all taxes, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding GST.(NB: No wastage shall be paid, steel coefficent shall be considered as per IS1786 for payment purpose)

Providing rigid smooth leak proof centering & shuttering made of steel/ply, plank & MS pipes, jacks and other accessories of approved quality for R.C.C. work for following structures and deshuttering, removing the same after due period with paining with coal tar /lubricants on the ply/steel surface after each use with supply of all materials, labour,transportation, T&P, all taxes, royalties, tollage, but excluding GST etc. complete for all floors / any height as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with distemper of approved quality & shade a coat of primer over putty surface, at any floors and any height with applying the paint uniformly including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, transportation charges, staging, scaffolding, but excluding GST etc all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats using 1st quality Weather Coat Paint over the wall surface over a coat of primer of approved quality & shade having resistance to Fungus, moisture, Fading including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation, staging, scaffolding but excluding GST etc all complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Enamel painting two coats over a coat of primer to new iron work in all floors with any approved quality and shade enamel paint over a coat of primer including scrapping, sand papering and cleaning the surface and filling the joints and holes with putty (boiled or raw) where found necessary before using paint on the surface with supply of approved paint, labour, scaffolding charges, materials, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge.(Excluding GST)

Supplying,Fabricating,fitting fixing of MS Grill,made of solid Square bar /MS Flat/MS Angle/MS Channel etc.fixing position with screws,clamps,nails including grouting if required with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation, welding charges, grinding, staging, scaffolding, finishing the joints & exposed surfaces curing but excluding GST etc all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

40mm thick graded concrete with C.C(1:2:4) by using C.B.H.G chips of 6mm and down grade of approved quality adding 2% WPC of approved brand as sugested by department ,chipping the roof surface preparing the surface before concrete work, laying concerete to required slope & level, compacting etc. all complete with supply of all materials, labour T&P, taxes royalties, curing, supplying fitting fixing of rain water pipe of approved length, as per requirment excluding GST etc all complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Providing AS flooring of 40mm (avg.) thick, finished smooth to the exposed surface with C.C(1:2:4) by using C.B.H.G chips of 12 mm and down grade of approved quality laid to proper level and slope including finishing the top of the flooring with a coat of neat cement punning rounding the corner where necessary, curing with supply of all materials, labour T&P, taxes royalties, curing, supplying fitting fixing of rain water pipe of approved length, as per requirment excluding GST etc all complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Providing and applying termite treatment to soil under floors at the junction of floors and walls, drilling 12mm holes vertically at 300mm interval to reach the soil below and injecting squirted chemical emulsion into these hole using a hand operated pressure pump sealing the holes with white cement. The existing wood work in the building in contact with floor and walls which is infected by termites will be treated by spraying chemical emulsion at the point of contact with adjoining masonary by drilling 6mm hole at the chowkaths at an angle about 45 0 at the joint of wood work including all cost of insecticide, labour, transportation. taxes, staging, scaffolding but excluding GSTetc all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge. NB 1. This is a onetime treatment, if required it should be increased as per the requirement for effective control without any extra cost. 2. The warranty period for the above work is 02(Two) years. 3. The measurement will be taken as per the covered area in sqm.

Engagement the following machineries for Cutting & removal of Extra earth & debrises from the work site including loading one end 7 unloading at the other end,engagement,hire and running charges, operator expenses,fuel,lubricants with all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation charges, staging, scaffoldin but excluding GST etc all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
