Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil ( vide classification of soil item B ) and disposal of excavated earth a obtained to a distance upto 50 m including all lifts with levelling, ramming the foundation trenches removing roots of trees shrubs all complete as per approved design and per building specification and direction of E/I

Dismantling plain cement or lime concrete work including stacking serviceable materials in countable stacks within 15M. Lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. GSB Gr - III (Small Project)

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared sub grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383 ,the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1 , aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/cum ,optimum moisture content to be determind during trial length construction .

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Earth filling in foundaion trenches and plinth in layers not exceding 150 mm thick well watered, rammed, fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained from excavation of foundation trenches within a lead of 50 M and lift of 1.5 M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
