PART-A - Compound Lighting------------- Supply of 110W LED outdoor Iuminaires (Mk: Philips cat no. BRP410 LED CW HE MR FG 52 PSU GR) on roof top mini pole

S& F 80mm dia 1.5 mtr. Long GI pipe (ISI-M) incl. incl providing CC (6:3:1) base block (around the pole) dimension 0.60x60x0.76 mt. above ground level neatly cemented finish (3mm thick) at the base pole (in lieu of CC muffing) suitable for alkathene / polythene pipe entry as directed for street light wiring, incl S& F 25 cmx 25cmx 10cm GI Loop box 16SWG & incl driled hole in pole.

Fixing outdoor type fluorescent/SV/MV light fitting on pole including S&F 40mm dia x 1.68 mts. Long GI Pipe (ISI-Medium) bracket with 40mm x 10mm thick, MS clamp etc. etc and providing wiring with 2x1/1.40 PVC insulated and sheathed wire (single core) from loop box at the base of pole to light fitting through pole & bracket (without control switch) including making connections & painting.

Supply and fixing decorative post top light (Make K-Lite Roman Round 5091) with 1 no 17 W LED light (Mk: Philps) at existing gate with 1 no. 50mm dia 2ft. Long G.I. Pipe (For Gate Light)

Supply & Laying of following sizes XLPE/A AI cable in underground thench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth with brick prorection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duty rammed. (Mk:- Havells/Gloster/Polycab/KEI)

Supply & Fixing medium gauge 50mm dia. GI Pipe (ISI- Medium) Protection with necessary fitting and jointing metarilals as required.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE armoured cables as below :

SITC of a (1000x700x350)mm panel board made of 16 SWG CRC sheet grouted in wall comprising of fllowing accessories: 1) Incomer : 63A TPN MCB - 1 No. (Mk: Legrand) 2) Busbar : 4 bar 415V, 100A AI busbar 3) Outgoer : 32A DP MCB - 4 nos. (Mk: Legrand) 32A TP MCB - 2 nos. (Mk: Legrand) The accessories are to be fixed on 25x5 mm MS flat and the board is to be painted by 1st coat of aluminium paint over one coat of RO priming of approved make and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint incl. earthing attachments.

Lowering the another Submursible Pump Motor set with G.I. coloum Pipe after making necessary arrengement for lowering the same with Co's own tools and tackles.

S&F 80 mm dia G.I. column pipe (TATA Medium make) length 3 mtrs. Having with cutting threading including 4" G.I. socket (Zoloto).

S&F round type M.S. well cover plate including cutting 50mm dia holes in middle for passing column pipe 1 no. 40mm dia hole incl. welding 1 no. socket in corner for entry of flat cable.

S&F 50mm dia 400mm long M.S. holding clamp for column pipe and pump including double nuts and bolts with washre also painting.

S&F 4 sq. mm 3 core flat PVC coated copper submersible Motor Cable (make - Finilex/Glostar).

Construction of brick piller approx size (10"x10"x36") height incl. plastering neat cement finishing for supporting the delivery pipe line as per direction of EIC.

S/F header assembly febricated with 100mm dia G.I. Pipe (TATA - M) of length 2 Mtr. (approx) weided with both end. The header assembly duly welded with 4 Nos. G.I. Nipples 50mm dia as outgoing and 2 Nos. 50 mm dia G.I. nipple as incomer incl provision for fixing of presure meter painting the header assembly with two coats of approved paint over one coat of RO primer as per direction EIC.

Supply & onstallion of feeder pillar box of size 1200 x 900 x 350mm (LxWxH) made from 16 SWG CRCA sheet having door, base plate & Top cover. The frame for mounting Main switch & atater will be fabricated by 40 mm x 5 mm MS flat. It will have two nos. railway type locking arrangement and two nos. hinges for each door. The pillar box should have two nos. earthing terminals and will be painted by one coat of red oxide primer followed by two coats of synthetic enamel paint.

The box should be installed on brick foundation by sand, cement morter with neat plustering on all side. The height of the foundation will be least 2 ft. from G.I. After digging soil, making base by CC morter etc. as needed. All interconnections must be connected by approved make copper wire. The pillar box should contain the following accessories:

a) 32 A TPN SFU (L&T) - 1 no as incoming

b) 32 A TPN SFU (L&T) - 4 nos as incoming

c) 63 A 4 Bar AI BBC Chamber - 1 No.

d) MK-1 PASD starter 9-14 A (L&T) SS96254- 2Nos.

e) Godrej Navtal Lock 5 Lever with 3 keys

f) Danger Board of size : 8" X 6"

g) RYB LED indicating lamp 3 nos.

h) 2 A slide lock fuse with fuse link 3 nos.

i) 30/5A CT for Ammeter - Nos.

PART-C ---- SITC of Sign Board-------------------SITC of LED Illumination sign board fabricated by 12' X 4' (ft) x 4" (inch) depth ACP box supported with 1" x 1" MS hollow square pipe or Aluminum Hollow square pipe of 18 swg all around. The 3mm ACP facial square should be provided with laser cutting 6 mm thick acrylic letters out of which 3mm rising from the surface of the ACP board 6mm letters should be fixed on another 3mm acrylic sheet on back side of the ACP facial. Border line of the front portion and back portion should be covered by 1.5" Aluminum channel as per the direction of EIC. The sign board should be glow from back side of letters by 1.5W/2.0 LED 2/3/4 module cool white in colour including 12V 250W power supply and LED must be covers in box made of 3mm thick sun board 4" width part of the four side of board should be covered by ACP after bending excess part from front side. Back side of the board should be covered with 22 swg AI Sheet to protect rain water.

The sign board should be fixed on existing position of the premises with uitable supporting arrangement on wall and & mending good damaged asper direction of EIC. Colour pf ACP & letter will be as pe direction of EIC. The cost of teansportation and scaffolding charges are included. The sign board should be as per the following inscription as & per direction of EIC.Nijashree Durgapur Fuljhora. (Rate should be quoted including all updated taxes and duties GST, LWC from Sl. no. 1 to 34.01)
