TELEPHONE BHAWAN, BERHAMPUR. (A) Round the Clock Operation: Round the clock operation of the Electromechanical Services i.e. 2x400KVA indoor type transformer substation with HT OCB & other accessories, Precision & conventional type Package AC units, Fire Alarm system, fire Extinguishers , maintaining of Log Books separately for Package AC units, EB supply system, recording the parameters in the Log Books etc. by deploying suitable no of staff round the clock etc. as required. (B) Providing general maintenance: Attending day to day electrical faults & routine maintenance of Electromechanical Services i.e. 2x400KVA indoor type transformer substation with HT OCB & other accessories, Fire Alarm system, fire Extinguishers, day to day general checkups of lift & cleaning of lift cars, i/c replacement of MCBs, switches etc.(Materials to be supplied separately, not included in the scope of this estimate), cleaning of Sub Station yards, monitoring proper working of Fire Detection system by deploying qualified and trained man powers round the clock etc. as required. STAFF QUARTERS ATTACHED TO TELEPHONE BHAWAN, BERHAMPUR. : Operation of Pump set for water supply to staff quarters attached to Telephone Bhawan and attending day to day electrical faults i/c replacement of faulty spares (Materials to be supplied separately, not included in the scope of this estimate). (Note: Details of Electromechanical Services available at site is given in Annexure "A").
