Taking down unserviceable Window/Split Air Conditioner of any capacity any make by un-screwing from base plate after disconnecting from all electrical as well as suction / discharge pipe connections complete and making necessary repairs as required, replacement/ fixing of new compressor (sealed unit) providing all electrical connections to respective terminals including changing of unserviceable connecting wires as per the existing. Brazing of suction and discharge lines with new compressor, vacuuming the system and testing / rectification of leakage, charging of refrigerant gas as per requirement to achieve proper cooling effect and testing on completion after refixing the AC unit in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Compressor (sealed unit), cooling coils (condensor/ evaporator coils), Refrigerant Gas and spare parts required for replacement of unserviceable existing ones for satisfactory repair shall be measured and paid separately under relavant items.

Supply only in repair of Compressor (Sealed unit ) suitable for Window type AC 1.5 TR (3 Star / 5 Star) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only in repair of Compressor (Sealed unit) suitable for Spli type AC 1.5 TR (3 Star / 5 Star) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only in repair of Compressor (Sealed unit) suitable for Spli type AC 2 TR (3 star / 5 Star) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only in repair Refrigerant Gas ie R-22/134/320 or any other suitable gas for charging of Split/ Window type AC units of capacity of 1.5/2 TR including necessary filter, anti-moisturising agent complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of fan blade suitable for Split type AC capacity 1.5/2.0 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of fan motor, single phase 230 Volts 1600 RPM, complete with fins suitable for outdoor unit of Split type AC of capacity 1.5/2.0 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Blower Motor, single phase 230 Volts 1400 RPM, with fins suitable for indoor unit 1.5/2.0 TR Split type Air Conditioner complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : AUE / USHA

S&F in replacement of Swing Motor, type C, 12V DC, 4 hole, 5wire suitable for 1.5/2.0 TR Split type Air Conditioner complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Copper Pancake Coil Nitrile Foam Insulation Tube, Class-1, Inner Diameter - 1/2 Inch (12.7mm) & Wall Thickness - 9 mm, Pack of 1 Pcs of 2.0 m length for suction and discharge line copper tubing for split type AC 1.5/2 ton capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement filter of split/window type AC (1.5 / 2.0 ton) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Copper Tubing of suitable size 1/2" and 3/4" for suction and discharge line two run for split type AC with insulation to protect the heat etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of copper coil (heat rejector/ condenser coil) with aluminium fins for outdoor unit of split type AC suitable for 1.5/2 ton etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of copper coil (air cooling/ evaporator coil) with aluminium fins for indoor unit of split type AC suitable for 1.5/2 ton etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Master PCB suitable for both window and split AC alongwith remote control with remote control, 5 working mode, 3 fan speed, temperature control, auto fan, timer, sleep, double sensor, auto restart, transformer connection complete 220V, 50Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing connection lead two single core with PVC insulated and sheathed Copper cable size 2.5 Sqmm including earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for unplasticised PVC pipe of pressure rating 10 Kg/Cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc, size 15mm dia (outer dia) including chase cutting on wall & making good as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing wastage water drain out PVC pipe for 1.5/2 ton Split type AC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Capacitor 36 MFD for window / Split type AC 1.5 TR complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Capacitor 40/45 MFD for window / Split type AC 2 TR complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for shifting of split AC unit including dismantling of indoor and outdoor unit and mounting arrangement and refixing in new location by fixing mounting arrangement, topping up gas complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two single core FRLS PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable 4.0 Sqmm including rigid heavy duty PVC conduit size 25 mm dia in existing surface including all accessories along with 4.0 Sq mm PVC insulated copper standard conductor earth wire connected to main wring system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB, 20Amps, 240V. Make :- Legrand /Havells/Siemens/ L&T/ Crompton
