PART A - SITC of DG Set Supply and delivery of 3 phase, 415V, 50 HZ, 62.5 KVA CPCB-II approved Silent Diesel Generator Set comprising of Engine, Alternator, AMF panel, Base frame, Fuel tank, Battery, Accoustic enclosure incl. all interconnection between Generator and AMF panel etc having following specification: DG Make- JAKSON/ MAHINDRA/Ashok leyland/as per direction of EIC. Engine: (a) Make- CUMMINS/ MAHINDRA/ASHOK LEYLAND/as per direction of EIC. (b) Output (Prime)- 76.4 BHP. (c) Aspiration- Turbo Charged. (d) No of Stroke-4 (e) RPM- 1500 (f) Battery- 12 volt 100 AH or suitable each with connecting leads & terminals. Make: Exide/ Amaron (g) Type of Cooling- Water Cooled. (h) Air Intake System- Air intake manifold with air filter system. (i) Exhaust System- Provided with turbo charger & residential exhaust silencer with flexible bellow and companion flanges inside the acoustic enclosure. (j) Coupling & Fly Wheels- Befitting coupling, Fly wheel & Fly wheel housing. (k) Lubricating System- Provided with Oil pan, engine mounted lube oil pump and lube oil filter along with first fill of lube oil. (l) Fuel System- Comprising of fuel pump with electronic governor, 12V solenoid coil and replaceable fuel filter. (m) Starting System- 12V DC electric starter and 12V Battery charging alternator.

(n) Safety Control- Comprising of protection against low lube oil pressure trip, high water temperature trip & Emergency stop switch.(o) Power Start Control: (i) Provided with Microprocessor based generator set monitoring & control system mounted in the Genset Control Panel(ii) LED Lamp indication for GENSET RUNNING REMOTE START, SHUT DOWN, WARNING MANUAL, AUTO & STOP. (iii) Data Log includes Engine run time & Controller on time. (iv) Engine Data Display Arrangement - Starting Battery Voltage, Engine Running Hour, Engine Temperature & engine oil pressure.(p) Lub oil consumption- Should be < 0.3% of S.F.C. Alternator : (a) Make: STAMFORD / Greaves Power/ LEROY SOMER/ LEYPOWER/as per direction of EIC. (b) Rating: 62.5 KVA.(c) Type of Alternator: Brushless, self excited & self-regulated through (d) Voltage Regulation: ± 1% (max.) in static condition. (e) Overload: Permissible overload of 10% for 1 hour in 12 hours of operation, (f) Protection: IP - 23 protections with Class - H Insulation. BASE FRAME: Common MS Channel fabricated base frame, primer coated & painted, containing the engine and the alternator mounted through AVM Pads.

AMF PANEL with S&F- Make: C & S / JAKSON /MAHINDRA/ASHOK LEYLAND/as per direction of EIC Comprising capable of switching over within 15 seconds and comprising of required 4-P MCCB power contactors, bus bars, automatic battery charger, overload relay, fuse switches, inbuilt manual bypass switch, indicating lamps, ON delay timer for load change over OFF Delay timer for engine shut off, under voltage relay etc. as required. Fuel Tank: 170 LTRS, detachable tank built inside base frame complete with drain valve, air vent inlet & outlet connections, fuel gauge. Acoustic Enclosure: High quality, sound proof, weatherproof, environment friendly Acoustic Enclosure fabricated from 16 SWG Sheet Steel & powder coated, specially design to meet up CPCB standards to maintain the noise level below 75dB (A) at a distance of 1 Meter from acoustic enclosure under free field condition. **** NOTE: i) Efficiency not less than 90% . ii) Warranty 2 Years or 5000 hours whichever is earlier.

Earth filling,Levelling and providing RCC base for providing Mechanical and vibration support to installed generator .The RCC base should be atleast 0.45m above GL and 0.45m below GL .There should be 0.5m clear space in the base around the generator after installation.( Dimension- LXW-3900 mm.X2100 mm.)

M.S. structural works in roof trusses with tubular sections conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS: 1161- 1998 cnnected to one another with bracket, gusset cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in-charge complete including cutting to requisite size, fabrication with necessary metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting & erection and painting with two coats RO & two coats of synthetic paint, all complete.

Supplying, fitting & fixing Zn-Al alloy (55% Al & 45% Zn) coating of 150 grams per sq. metre (followed by colour coated on both side) steel sheet work having minimum yield strength of 550 Mpa of trapizoidal profile of approved make (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 55 mm & 25 mm self tapping screw, EPDM Washer 16 mm dia & 3 mm th. washer etc. complete with 150 mm end lap and one corrugation minimum side lap. (Payment to be made on area of finished work) a) With 0.5 mm thick sheet

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 62.5 KVA Silent Diesel Generator Set with Acoustic Enclosure.

Supply and delivery of Diesel oil for commissionig purpose.

Supply and delivery of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated Aluminium Armoured 4 Core 50 Sqmm cable. (Make- R R Kabel/ Havells/ Gloster/ as per direction of EIC)

Laying of 4 Core 50 Sqmm cable in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trenchwith shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Laying of 4 Core 50 Sqmm cable on wall/surface including S & F MS clams with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making hole etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below : 4 Core 50 Sqmm

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials : 4 Core 50 Sqmm

Earthing with 80 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 25 mm x 3 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 80 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts-- For morum soil

"Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 40 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required"

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S & F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) Cl hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. (For Soft Soil)

Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for plate electrode

Supplying & fixing medium gauge 50 mm dia GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required as following size as per GS.

Supply & Laying of 10 core 1.5 sqmm Copper Control cable as per G.S (Make- R R Kabel/ Havells/ Gloster/ as per direction of EIC)

PART B - SITC of Lightning Protection System S & F Lightning Conductor Air Terminal made of 20 mm dia 1000 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five discharge prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top duly soldered/ welded with 7/16 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire and 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc. complete duly grouted on the parapet etc. in CC mortar ( 4:2:1), including thimble joints of 7/16 SWG wire and (25 x 6) mm GI strip with SS nuts, bolts & washers. (P-J-2/Item-14 + NS)

Supply & fixing of 25 mm x 6 mm thick GI (Hot Dip) flat / strips for Horizontal & Vertical run on wall / floor with GI shaddles as required including drilling holes, bolts, nuts, washers, etc./ and mending good the damages to building works . (Page : G-3/Item-5d).

Cutting cornices/ steps etc. including cutting recess in buildings etc. & supply & fixing 15 mm bore (ISI-Medium) GI pipe protection as below and mending good damages to the building works: (P:J-1/Item-4) i) Length upto 0.5 Mtr

ii) Length above 0.5 Mtr

Hiring charges for scaffolding arrangement including dismantling at the end of work and carriage, for LC installation, per storey of building per vertical run. (P : J-1/Item-7)

Supply & Fixing of Testing Joints by 25 mm x 6 mm thick GI (Hot Dip) strip 125 mm long on wall after making suitable arrangement to establish a clearance of 50mm from wall for making junction connection with vertical conductor and conductor from earth electrode complete with S & F GI bolts, nuts, check-nuts, spring washers etc. as required

Earthing with 65 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium) 3.0 Mts. long with welded 2 nos. half circle bracket made of GI strip (65 x 8) mm. with two holes on extended portion of the each strip of length min. 250 mm , and 1 No. 50 mm x 6 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 65 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts.

Supply, Laying & Fixing of 50 mm x 6mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip in underground trench for interconnection between the Earth Points by joining (As per item no 11). (Rate arrived from G.S.

Jointing for Horijontal & vertical run of GI strip through welded joint of (25 x 6) mm GI Strip to Lap joints/ 'T' joints, etc. and painting the joints with 2 (two) coats of bituminous paint.

Dismantiling all Types of plain cement concrete works, Stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed with in a lead of 75 mtr. a) upto 150 mm thick
