M&L for repairs to potholes of depth exceeding 30mm deep and area not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80 kg per 10 sqm blended with 0.09 cum of stone chippings of 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat/primming coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen with mechanical sprayer over black top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L premix bituminous, macadam 50mm thick (consolidated thickness) laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using binder content of paving bitumen any penetration @ 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete carpet 40mm thick (Consolidated thickness) laid with mechanical paver, using graded crushed stone chipping as specified and paving bitumen binder VG 30 not less than 5.5% by weight of total mix(the exact quantity of binder content shall be determined by design mix by Marshal method) including loading of aggregate in hot mix plant 20 to 40 TPH to the required level and gradient, rolling with 8-12 ton power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 2.5 mm thick (exclusive of surface applied glass beads) hot applied thermoplastic compound including reflector rising glass beads @ 250 gm/sqm area as per IRC 35 including leveling to uniform surface free from streaks and holes etc complete all as specified and directed. M & L demoliton of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for and demolition procedure like cutting out of full depth of (100 to 450mm) existing damaged/shattered concrete slab with diamond wheel cutter or carbide tipped wheel saw to provide a pressure relief cut within the patch area prior to boundary sawing, in proper rectangular, square or triangular shape perimeter without disturbing adjacent slab, after the repair area is isolated by full - depth saw cuts, making small pieces, lift and removing the deteriorated concrete slab pieces from its position and removing to a distance exc 1.0 Km and not exceeding 5 Km complete all as specified.

Providing and laying dry lean concrete (DLC) 100mm-200 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 daysaverage compressive strength not less than 7 Mpa. Minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in batching plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreding and compacting using high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density, necessary finishing etc complete all as per specified and tolerances to be as per table 900-1 of Morth specifications for road and bridge work 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 400 Kg/Cum of cement with non-circular, virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39. UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240 C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width, including curing and tining by texturing cum curing machine complete all as per specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in clause 10.1, 14 and Table 9 of IRC 15-2017 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only non circular synthetic fiber reinforcement all as manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with Grade 'A' sealing compound complete all as specified and as directed.
