Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (DSR 4.1.2)

Providing and Laying of kerb of size 2’-0” x 9” having 4” thickness at bottom and 3” thickness at top and made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 duly vibrated and compacted. The rates also includes fixing in position at or near ground level in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Carriage of earth/dismantled material mechanical transport including loading/unloading Lead of 10 km complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. (1.1.2)

Providing and fixing 6mm thick Asbestos strip of 3" mm wide for providing joints in concrete at regular interval complete in all respect of the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. (N.S.)
