Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including lead up to 50 meter and with all lift.

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified. Chlorpyriphos/Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%

Diluting and injection Chloropyrifos Emulsifiable concentrate 20% with 1% concentration for PRE-CONSTRUCTIONAL Anti termite treatment as per IS 6313 part III as amended from time to time and creating a continuous chemical barrier under and around the column pits, wall trenches, basement excavation, top surface of plinth filling, junction of wall and floor along the external perimeter of building expansion joints, over the top surface of consolidated earth of which aproch is to be laid surrounding of pipes and conduits etc. complete as per specification (Plinth floor area only shall be measured for payment and excluding the cost of chemical emulsion).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.

M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and laying M30 grade controlled cement concrete pavements including mixing and vibrations concrete with necessary needle vibrators and surface with screed board vibrating complete in all respect with 20/25 mm stone aggregate (crusher broken) including anti-skid textured finish to required camber/ super elevation and grade including curing etc. as per specification with cement concrete M-30 grade including cost of Steel frame work for sides of C.C. pavement consisting of M. S. channels flats and angles with required steel pegs ( some of them may left embedded in concrete/ including providing frame work)

Extra for vacuum processed concrete including cost of equipments labour etc.

Cutting of construction joint/ longitudinal joint 4 to 6 mm. wide using mechanical concrete cutter including cost of diamond bit cutting wheel and filling of bitumen sealing compound in groove including cost of sealing compound.

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish :

Providing and fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor five level. Supplying and fixing of chain link fencing with angle iron posts 50x50x6mm placed at every 3 Mtr. apart 30cm in ground embedded in cement concrete 1:3:6 (30x30x45cm) corner and every tenth post to be strutted with (50 x 50 x 6cm) angle iron provided and fixed and fitted with posts including earth work in excavation etc. complete with chain link size.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm ).

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding:

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by scrapping sand papering and preparing surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches by sandla/loi and all scaffolding (for colour changing only)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and Laying 8 layer acrylic flooring of ITF classified 4 (medium pace) over existing concrete surface. The flooring is to be done after cleaning the surface and making it dust free using wire brush. 1st layer of primer is to be done over the cleaned surface. 2nd layer of resurfacer. Three layers of fine cushion coating is done over resurfacer. One layer of Sand Mixed Resurfacer and two layers of top colour coatings with game line marking as per international standards for Pickleball Court complete as per the directions of Engineer- Incharge.

Resurfacing of tennis court by Grinding of existing Acrylic flooring and applying a layer of Fiber Mesh after Bonding Agent primer for Strength and better bonding. Over the layer of fiber mesh, new flooring is done by providing and laying 8 layer acrylic flooring of ITF classified 4 (medium pace). The flooring is to be done after cleaning the surface and making it dust free using wire brush. 1st layer of primer is to be done over the cleaned surface. 2nd layer of resurfacer. Three layers of fine cushion coating is done over resurfacer. One layer of Sand Mixed Resurfacer and two layers of top colour coatings with game line marking as per international standards for Tennis court complete as per the directions of Engineer- Incharge.

Supplying and fixing Tennis Net with Extra Thick Double Twisted Tennis Net with vinyl tape of approved make Cosco, KayKay sports, AMZ sports, Garware sportiva or Equivalent as per direction of EIC.

Supplying & Installation of Movable Type Net Post with Net for Pickleball Court of approved make Cougar, Cosco, Gisco, KTR or Equivalent as per direction of EIC.

Supplying of Fiberglass Pickleball Paddles with cushion grip handle (2 nos.) & 6 Nos. of Bounce Pickleball Balls of approved make Cosco, Gisco, Vector, Tanco or Equivalent as per direction of EIC.

Supply of Three-Seater Stainless Steel (S.S.) Airport Sofa. The seat and back shall be made of high-quality cold rolled stainless steel Grade 304 for corrosion resistance, hygiene and durable. Sheet of S.S. 304, 1.2 mm thickness, pressed and welded to form the required shape. The seat and back shall be of Stainless-Steel Grade 304. The armrests shall be made of stainless-steel tube of 1.2 mm thickness. The complete structure including frame and base shall be made of Stainless-Steel Grade 304 with required finish. PP (polymer polypropylene) shoes shall be provided at the base to prevent scratches on the floor. The overall height shall be 775 ± 10 mm, overall depth 515 ± 10 mm, and overall width 1600 ± 10 mm.
