List of Financial Resources with Certificates
The Bidder as Prime contractor should have executed minimum quantity of at least one similar work such as Erection of One Transmission line tower / One Terminal Bay of 66kV or higher voltage class/ erection of all connected equipments of (01) One Transformer Bay on Total Turnkey or Partial Turnkey basis in KPTCL or any Government Electrical Utilities(Transmission)/ PSUs in any One financial year during the last Five financial years (FY-2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25).
The Bidder should have satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Erection of One Transmission line tower or One Terminal Bay of 66kV or higher voltage class or erection of all connected equipment of (01) One Transformer Bay on Total Turnkey or Partial Turnkey basis of value not less than 50 percent of the amount put to tender in the previous five financial years.
The Bidder should possess Valid GST, PAN, ESI & EPF certificates issued by the Competent Authority.
The Bidder should be in existence as any of the following a) Company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956 or 2013 including any amendment thereto b)Partnership Firm under Partnership Act, 1932 in India c) LLP incorporated in India under the Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Act, 2008 including any amendment thereto d) Sole Proprietorship Concern.
The Bidder should possess a valid Super grade Electrical Contractors license issued by the Electrical Inspectorate, Government of Karnataka, should be in force on the date of submission of bids
The Bidder should possess Valid Labour Registration Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
The Annual Turnover of the Bidder in at least two financial years should not be less than Rs.1,01,83,903.00 (which is equal to the amount put to tender) during the previous five financial years i.e., (2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24)
The Liquid assets as on dt: 31.10.2025 or at a later date before submission of the bid consisting of Cash at Bank (plus) Term Deposits (plus) availability of fund-based credit facility in any Nationalized/scheduled commercial Bank shall not be less than Rs.25,45,976.00 (Which is 25% of the Amount put to tender).
