Supply and supervision of erection, testing & commissioning of One number of 175MVA, 11/220kV, 3 Phase Generator Transformer with all accessories for Nagjhari Power House

The intending Bidder shall have successfully designed, manufactured, supplied minimum of 1 No. of 150 MVA, 11/220KV, 3 phase Transformer or higher capacity transformer for State/Central Generating Utilities or any reputed organization in India and the same shall have satisfactorily performed for a minimum period of two years during the preceding five years (Two years satisfactory performance period should have been completed as on date of opening of Cover-1, Technical bid). As a proof of this, Bidder shall furnish performance certificate issued by an officer of the rank of Chief Engineer or Station Superintendent / Competent Authority of respective Power Station/Sub-station along with work order copy.

The intending Bidder shall be a regular manufacturer of Transformers of 220KV or above class in India. As a proof of this, the Bidder shall produce the copy of factory license (Form-3) or Certificate of Incorporation (Form-1) or Company Registration Certificate to satisfy the qualification criteria.

The intending Bidder should have achieved, in at least two financial years, a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.3006 Lakhs during the last five years period i.e., from 2021-22 to 2025-26. As a proof of this, the Bidder shall furnish a copy of Turn Over Certificate / P&L statements / annual report duly audited and certified by the Chartered accountant bearing valid UDIN.

The intending Bidder shall not have been subjected to forfeiture of EMD / foreclosure / termination of their Contract in KPCL or Government or any other utility. The Bidder shall not have been blacklisted for participating in Tender by KPCL, Government or any other utility in India during the past three years. As a proof of this, the Bidder shall furnish the notarized declaration to satisfy the above as specified in Schedule 16.

i) The intending bidder shall have Type test certificate for Dynamic Short Circuit Test of the same or higher rating Transformer from a NABL accredited laboratory like CPRI. It shall be within ten years period from the date of issue of NIT. Short Circuit test certificate shall be uploaded in the KPP-portal along with Cover-1 of the bid. ii) If the bidder does not have requisite test report, he shall demonstrate the Transformer ability to withstand the dynamic effects of short circuit by calculation & design considerations vetted by third party approved by the Corporation. Charges towards the same shall be taken into account while submitting the bid and will not be paid by the corporation separately.
