Repair and Renovation of Fire Station Building at Kolabira in the district of Jharsuguda for the year 2026-27

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil within initial lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods etc. complete. including dressing and levelling the bed not exceeding 1.50m depth and Depositing the Soil within initial lead of 50m & as per specification approved by the Department.

Providing filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed with all leads and lifts including cost , conveyance, royality of materials labour . T & P etc. complete as per direction of Er. In Charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm size hard granite metal of approved quality and approved quarry in foundation including hoisting laying concrete with cost conveyance of materials including watering, curing, royality all T & P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Er. in charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) with 12mm (1/2") size hard granite crusher broken chips including watering curing, cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of all materials labour with T&P required for the work etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash.Brick masonary in cement mortar ( 1:6 )using K.B.Bricks of size 10"x5"x3" having crushing strength between 100 Kg/Cm2 to 149 Kg/Cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in foundation plinth & basement and for ornamental flower beds plinth moulding and similar such type of works with all necessary projections flooring moulding corbelling, champhering watering and curing etc.including cost,conveyance,royalties and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labouir with T&P required for the work etc.complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

16mm(5/8") thick cement plaster (1:6)in finished smooth to inside rough surface of 10" thick brick walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalty, all tax of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Fixing chequred tiles in floors treads and landings on 25mm thick bed of cemnt mortar (1:1) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles inclduing rubbing and polishing including cost etc complete as per dircetion by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing steel Angle iron door and windows as per approved design and drawing including all cost of materials and labour etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge (Ground Floor)

Labour charges for fitting and fixing of M.S. doors & windows as per approved design including cost of screw etc.complete but excluding cost of M.S.windows grills as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting Two coat over a coat with approved paint on new work with any approved paint on iron work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and T&P required for the work etc. complete including cost of paint ( paint of approved quality will be supplied by the contractor at his own cost.) etc. complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.
