M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, mouldes, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No. 1.00 here-in-before but for one coat of white wash on ceilling.

M&L for complete removal of old existing tratment on plastered surface of wall including washing down, rubbing and prepration for one coat oil bound distemper over and including 1mm thick JK Birla wall care putty to make the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of all existing treatment including preparation of old surface and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004. Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silcon additives @ 1.43litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description from brick/stone/concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 of any faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surface and applying two coats distemper with oil emulsion white or tinted over 2mm thick wall care putty on new plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement on any faces of brick or concrete surfaces, chajja, cornices externally including dubbing coat if required and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to "V" section in existing roof, terracing and brick wall, RCC beam, ceiling including cleaning out, wetting and grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, chajjas, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, beams, plinth courses, string courses, lacings courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for attending /cleanig daily complaints of blockage of floor traps, WCs (Indian/European) WHB traps, kitchen traps, urinal traps etc at ground floor or above ground floors with and including necessary T&P as required complete all as specified and directed:- Note :- (a) If any complaint not resolved within 24 hrs the recovery @ Rs 250 per complaint per day will be charged from RAR or Final Bill. (b) During cleaning of blockage, removed grating will be refixed in existing position with white/grey cement after clearing of blockage from trapes. (c) The contractor will ensure the cleaning /cleaning of all the complaints (Irrespective of Nos) within 24 hrs by deploying additional sewer man /safaiwala if needed. Nothing extra charge will be paid on this account. (d) Contractor shall be solely responsible for supplying all the safety measures required by the sewer man/safaiwala during working hours. (e) All the waste material/sludge shall be disposed of out of MoD land.

Taking out RCC cover slab of septic tank of the 100 users capacity carefully, taking out the sludge including foul water, collect the sludge in closed container and burried the same in earth pit below 30 cm of the gound level with in the defence land where directed to a distance exc 250 m and n.exc 500 m, returning, filling in the earth in excavated pit after complete removal of sludge from the container, inlet and outlet pipe, mild steel ring and septic tank, complete cleaning with fresh water as directed and placing the RCC cover slab in position and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item no 20.00 here-in-before but septic tank 50 users capacity complete.

M&L for cleaning of chocked sewage line of any description and any dia from manhole to manhole with sewage cleaning rod washing down with fresh water and disposed off the sludge complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The complaint where cleaning is not possible by rodding and is to be cleared by breaking existing line the item will be paid separetely.

M&L for cleaning of underground sewage lines of 150mm bore by excavation and breaking (minimum two length) and removing the blockage, laying new pipes, re-joining with old pipes including haunching the new pipes with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in all situations where cleaning is not possible otherwise including returning, filling and disposal of surplus soil outside MoD land etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pavement/plinth protection, plinth protection shall be laid in alternate bays and joints shall be filled with bitumastic gola with 80/25 bitumen (1 part bitumen mixed with 3 part of sand) surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description as in man hole / septic tank cover slabs in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete type B1, (1:2:4) with using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in manhole / soak well cover slab set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
