PART-I (B&R PORTION) :- Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (premium quality) 300x200x6-7mm thick coloured on vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match , including 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1 :4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick(square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sq m but not exceeding 0.11 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L for non - skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1 :6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1 :4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed,

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 using (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base.

Demolition of cement concrete tiles or terracing tiles, brick tiles any description, single layer on roof complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. meter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate average thickness of 50 mm on RCC roof slab as in padding, coving etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster on concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound, finished the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound.

M&L applying oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.20 kg/Sqm and providing 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.0 Kg/sqm reinforced with non polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm having softening point not less than 150 centigrade, having tensile strength of 650N/5cm and 350N/5cm in longitudinal and transfers directions respectively of the reinforcement tearing strength of 180 N by torch on application including minimum 10 cm side over lap and 15 cm end lap and over the membrane finishing with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china flat back white WHB size 550 X 400 mm including fixing of brackets with wooden plugs and bolts etc, and waste pipe including fixing of 15 mm bore CP brass pillar tap fancy type long shank incl making good etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC low level flushing cistern, syphonic action type white with inlet, bal valve ,float and handle including brackets of 10 ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Chromium Plated Jet Spray/Health faucet with 1.0 mtr 15mm bore PVC Tube and hook all as specified and directed MAKE : JOHNSON/JAGUAR ESSCO Cat No-547

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm with shutter (without taking of shutter from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS wire tube supplied and fixed in opening as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid pannel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick style, consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rail, MS frame shall be covered with heat molded plain colour PVC Channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width struck in side with solvent cement for style, and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side. Panneling of plain PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded /sealed to the style and rail with suitable PVC sheet beading complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium, anodized, barrel tower bolts 100mm of extruded section.

Taking down hood cover of existing rolling shutters (gear operated, manually area of shutters exceeding 11 Sqm but not exceeding 40 sqm) carefully and completely over hauling the shutters by applying grease and oil in bearing, springs, guide channels, operating rods, shaft gear boxes, gear wheel etc straightening thoroughly shutter blades, guide channels anchoring rods etc and fixing back the hood cover in position and ensure smooth functioning of shutters complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Unserviceable parts for replacement will be measured and paid separately.)

Supply only steel shutters lathes 1.25 mm thick in the rolling shutters as described in item No.22 matching to the existing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only ball bearing in the shaft or rolling shutters as described in item No.22 to match with existing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only hood cover made of 1 mm thick plain GI sheet.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surface, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L for two coat of cement base paint on newly plastered or un treated surfaces of wall after preparation of surfaces

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall and applying one coat of white wash all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 29 above but applying one coat of white wash on ceiling.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including cornices etc. and applying one coat of acrylic distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including removal of vegetation and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surface of wood and wood based material over 10cm in width or girth of any description and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of steel or iron work over 10cm in width or girth of any description and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

PART-II (E&M PORTION) :- Taking down carefully existing copper /aluminum point wiring (Light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches ceiling roses socket, regulator etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc to match with the existing surface/ finishes complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm, single core ,PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade, IS -694 marked, with multi stranded copper conductor and earth continuity copper conductor cable of same size as in phase/neutral and connected to common earth dolly drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit of suitable size alongwith fittings and accessories, fixed /laid/concealed in walls/ceilings including cutting chases and making good to walls, floors etc, and also incl suitable sunken type pressed steel terminal box and suitable laminated sheet top cover for the following :- (a) One light/fan/bell point controlled by one, one way switch

(b) One three pin socket outlet 5 Amp controlled by one, one way switch on independent board

(c) One three pin socket outlet 5 Amp controlled by one, one way switch on same board
