REPAIR / MAINT OF FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT, FIRE DETECTOR, ROOF TOP SOLAR POWER PLANT AND OTHER MISC E/M EQUIPMENT AT 24 ED AF STN MANAURI

M&L for preventive maintenance of fire alarm system complete Addressable type at 24 ED technical area having smoke, heat, multi detector, beam detector, Addressable module, manual call point, addressable electronic sounder cum strobe, short circuit isolator, electronic siren, PA system complete with monthly checkup of entire system and unlimited breakdown calls complete all as specified & directed. NOTE:- (i) Testing of fire alarm system as per relevant IS in the presence of the user and Engr-in-Charge is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) The spare parts required to be replaced will be measured and paid seperately. (iii) The unserviceability noticed of fire alarm system shall be attended with in 72 hours failing which a sum of Rs 1000/- per day shall be recovered from the contractor. (iv) The preventive maintenance of fire alarm system under this contract shall be done through rep of OEM only. (v) The contractor shall carry out routine checking of the complete fire alarm system and rectify the minor/major defect noticed during checking immediately. Cleaning of detector once in a month and making the maintenance register for above maintenance and one separate register to be maintained by the contractor. The register will be signed by Engr-in-Charge / JE (E/M) and user rep after rectifying the defect. (vi) Contractor shall rectify the defect between 0700 Hrs to 1500 Hrs.

Taking down old unserviceable Switch power supply (SMPC) of Control Panel as existing make Morley and supply and fixing Switch power supply (SMPC) input 100-240 V out put 24 V, 1.3 to 2 Amp, operating temperature -10 degree to + 50 degree C, closed housing with protection against mains AC, short circuit protection in-built filter against EMC interference complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old unserviceable detector base and supply and fixing analogue Addressable detector base advanced protocol and smoothing filter to suppress false alarm maintain loop connectivity complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old unserviceable Heat detector and Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning addressbale sensor type certified to EN 54 part 1, 58 degree addressable type microprocessor based, programable inteligent type, blue light optical thermal heat detector with detector base, advanced protocol and smoothing filter to suppress false alarm, rotary decade switches, in-built isolator, dual Integrated LED for 360 degree visibility, LPCB approved, environment friendly-meets WEEE & RoHS legislative requirements, operating voltage 15 to 32 Vdc complete including necessary connection complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning in replacement addressable sensor type certified to EN 45 addressable type microprocessor based, programmable intelligent type, blue light optical smoke detector with detector base, advanced protocol and smoothing filter to suppress false alarm, rotary decade switches, in-built isolator, dual Integrated LED for 360 degree visibility, conforms to EN 54-7, LPCB approved, environment friendly-meets WEEE & RoHS legislative requirements, operating voltage 15 to 32 Vdc complete including necessary connection complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning in replacement addressable intelligence having inbuilt microprocessor, memory and decision algorithm twin angle with both forward and backward light scattering mechanism cum thermal multicriteria detector (sensor) with heat and smoke combination confirms EN54-5 & FN 54-7 LPCB approved complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement maintenance free battery of capacity 12 Volt 7 AH, VRLA AGM type including standard spade terminals connecting and testing at site complete with one year warranty including taking down old unserviceable battery complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old unserviceable PCB of main Control panel of fire alarm and S&F of new PCB of existing make complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement ONLINE UPS 1 KVA (1000 VA) 6 Volt pure sinewave without in-Built batteries,40-50 Min backup, inbuilt OVCD (over voltage Cut off Device) with surge protection, efficient micro controller based, advanced PFC technology, static bypass-improves reliability, over temperature indication and protection, generator compatible, boost function for low input over voltage protection Extended input voltage range of 135 to 300 volt UPS to battery backup mode including wall mounted stand for UPS suitable size complete all as specified & directed. Note: Old unserviceable UPS shall be deposited to be for claiming the payment.

M&L in replacement sub main wiring with two run of single core PVC FRLS IS-694 cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.50 Sqmm and drawing through in PVC medium grade heavy duty conduit pipe on surface of wall with using 1.50 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable connected to earth and earth dolly in conduit including connecting to main board including PVC conduit heavy duty minimum 20 mm dia size complete all as specified & directed. NOTE : (i) One run of conduit with three run of copper cable in equal size shall be measured against one unit.
