Repair and Maintenance of Mess building, Security fencing, Area development works and waterproofing of buildings at CISF Kaiga Township, Mallapur

Design of roof structure for multistoryed building (G+10) with necessary connection & component in identified location of CISF in Kaiga Township premises. The scope includes carrying out required investigation, preparation of layout plan, structural design,connection, preparation of drawings & submitting the detail report in proper format getting it approved by enigineer-in-charge etc complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead (Dismantling Brick / Tile work / rubble masonry / pitching / etc by mechanical means)

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations and other similar works etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications.Mix 1:3:6 Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates

Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Foundation works.The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticizers laid in finished layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications.(M25 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates)

Providing 12 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 fine sand) to brick masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and constructing load bearing wall with Solid Concrete blocks of size 400x200x200mm having block density more than 1800kg/m3 and minimum compressive strength of 4.00 N/mm2 conforming to IS 2185 (Part - I) - 2005 and constructed with CM 1:4 as per IS 2572:2005 including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and curing, usage charges of machinery etc complete as per specifications.

Supplying and fixing M15 grade precast cement concrete Kerb stones for Roadway, Sidewalls and gutters fixed with CM 1:3 fixed and finsihed in line as per direction of Engineer in charge. (The cost of PCC shall be paid extra)(300 x 300 x 150 mm Kerb Stone)

Construction of RCC railing of M30 Grade in-situ with 20 mm nominal size aggregate,100 mm thick,complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications

Providing and laying/fixing Decorative with architectural finish Suspended False ceiling using first quality PVC perforated Boards of size 600mm X 6000mm X 6mm of approved make with GI Grid Work of 600 mm. x 600 mm. made out of Perimeter channels [MF 6A], Ceiling Sections [MF5 : placing at 457 mm. (Maximum) C/C] , Intermediate channels [MF7: placing @ 1220 mm. (Maximum) C/C], Ceiling angles 25 mm X 25 mm. Size, placing @ 1220 mm. (Maximum) C/C] including Screws, soffit cleets, nuts & bolts, connecting clips and all other required miscellaneous materials & consumable of approved first quality/make,etc., all materials shall be confirming to the relevant BIS specification of the latest edition, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, cleaning the work area, collecting and disposing the generated waste & all unwanted materials upto lead of 2000 meters from place of work etc.,complete all as per standard/ manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge at all locations & all lifts / heights.

Providing ,placing & removing formwork for all concrete work including providing,fixing,& removing staging ,platform collecting &disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2-3kms note- measurement shall be made for formwork in contact with concrete surface.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all mcomplete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge.(Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For Fixed Portion: Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications.

Providing and fixing of Aluminium composite panel of approved make and colour for wall cladding for Brick/Rcc/stone walls & coloumns/beams with necessary aluminium frame works at required level made out of 50x25x4mm C section or equivalent. The panel should consist of 3mm thick non-halogenated FR grade mineral based polymer ( 2 hrs fire resistance as per ASTM E119-12 and clause B, S1, do as per ENT 13501-1sandwiched between 0.50 skins thick aluminium sheet making a total panel thickness of 4mm. The surfaces will be finished with PVDF based coating on topsides and service coating on reverse sides would be in polyester paint. The system shall be fixed using GI brackets, aluminium L cleats and stainless steel bolts and nuts complete with spring washer and cap nuts and all other necessary accessories, sealing shall be done with necessary rods etc., complete.( For Straight Portion)

Providing skirting, dadooing, rises of steps with colour glazed tiles 8mm thick on 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry over existing rough plaster surface using glazed tiles of approved make and size including cost of materials, labour, complete as per specifications.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M -30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge
