Demolition of Cement Concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to faciliate demolition) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of precast concrete article (RCC jali) and precast concrete block walling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work/ stone masonry built in cement mortor of any description including all quions,arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick, concrete or stone walls etc incl racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Racking out joints/pointing to brick work in walls or to brick floors, surface channels,roofs etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L spreading and levelling in layers n exc 25cm thick with available soil of near boundary wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 mtr wide, n exc 1.5 m in depth and n.exc. 10 Sqm on plan & getting out in Soft/loose soil for foundation, shafts, cesspit, manholes, pier holes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling & mass concrete and under plinth beams complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for keyed pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to brick walls both sides, any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonary), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, bracket etc (of any section indicated) with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering, throating etc and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plint courses, string courses, facing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water throughs and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc also splays between floors and beams with rough finished surfaces of concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for broken glass coping on top of walls fixed in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered/unplaster surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer(priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of the old plasterd/unplaster surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer(priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint) including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including sprading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n.exc.25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the excavated material (soil) upto a distance n.exc.50 mtr & depositing where directed a level n.exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
