Comprehensive Maintenance of the following Window/Split ACs/Water cooler/Refrigerator/ Deep freezer of diferent capacities alongwith connected voltage stablizer by carrying out periodically maintenance of plants including cleaning with compressed air to cooling coils, condenser,water wash to the internal cabin, charging of necessary refrigerant gas at required quantity and carrying out all sort of minor repairs as required ie, checking of the complete wiring,replacement of unserviceable wires and reconnect complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of major spares ie, rewinding /replacement of condensor fan motors,capacitors compressor,blower fan, refrigerant copper tubing,relays etc, for which separate item is provided in this Sch 'A' if required shall be measured and paid seperately under respective .
