Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/mannual means in foundation trenches or drains ( not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 Sq. m on plan), including dressing of sides & remaining of bottoms , lift upto 1.5 m , including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50 m

All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand(zone-III) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Foundations, footings, bases of columns,walls, etc. for mass concrete.

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level.

Cold twisted/TMT bars

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (at all level) in all shapes and sizes in:

Cement mortar 1: 6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete

Hot finished welded type tubes

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing ridges and hips in fibre cement reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres roofing with suitable fixing accessories or self drilling fastener and EPDM washer etc. complete.

Ridges plain (500 - 600mm).

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Finishing walls with Acrylic exterior paint of required shade : :

New work (Two or more coat and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and laying RBM (River Bed Material) including loading, carrying, unloading, spreading, compacting and watering complete item.

Providing and laying PVC pipe of 100 mm dia of approved make alongwith necessary accessories and fittings etc. complete item as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing CPVC pipe of 25 mm dia of approved make alongwith necessary accessories and fittings etc. complete item as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Providing and fixing welded wire Mesh fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 25x25 mm made of MS wire of dia 2 mm including strengthening with nuts, bolts and washers as required over and including priming coat complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wire gauge for mosquito and fly proofing, with a mesh size of 14 x 14 per square inch, made of galvanized iron or stainless steel, including all necessary fittings, fasteners, and labor complete.

Providing and fixing 6 amps to 32 amps rating 240 volts, 'L' series, miniature circuit breaker of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as reqired (category B)

Single Pole

Supply and fixing of following rating, 2P 230 volts, SPN in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissiong etc. as required

40 amps SPN

Supply and fixing 1x20 watt with extruded aluminium tube light including connection testing etc. as reqd. (CCS-103-20-65-SL-DP-NWH) or equivalent in Wipro, Philips.

Supply and fixing of 18 Watt LED recess panel aluminium housing with all accessories including connection testing etc as reqd.

Wiring for light / fan / exhaust fan / call bell point with 1.5 Sq mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor cable in surface / recessed ISI marked PVC conduit with modular switch, modulr plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Light point on board with copper wiring in ISI marked PVC conduit wiring for 3 Pin 6 amp plug point with 1.5sqmm PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor cable including P/F of 3 Pin 6 amp modular switch socket outlet on switch board in surfaced recessed PVC conduit wiring system and 6 amp switch, earth the 3 pin as required with 01 No. PVIC insulated green colour wire.

Wiring for light plug with 2 x 2.5sq.mm. ISI marked PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed ISI marked PVC conduit along with 1x 2.5 mm copper wire for loop earthing required

Wiring for power plug with 2 x 4 sq.mm. ISI marked PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed ISI marked PVC conduit along with 1x4.0 Sq mm copper wire for loop earthing as required

Wiring for 1x 1.5sq.mm. ISI marked PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed ISI marked in the existing PVC conduit etc. as required ( Invertor wiring )

Supply and fixing of 25 mm dia PVC conduit alongwith accessories in surface/recess.

Supply and fixing of 32 mm dia PVC conduit alongwith accessories in surface/recess.

Supply and laying of 10 mmx2 core aluminium wire complete with all accessories

Supplying and fixing suitable G.I. box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 15/16 Ampere and 5/6 Ampere modular socket outlet and 15/16 Ampere modular switch, connection testing etc as reqd.

Supply and fixing of the following way, single pole and neutral / three pole and neutral, sheet steel, double door, phase segregation type, MCB distribution board, 230V / 415V on surface/recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar and link, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnections, including painting, earthing, etc., as required.
