Construction Of Bar Room at Munsiff Court Premises Shangus

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 min width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, incliding getting out excavated eatrh and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Providing and laying hand packed stone soling in foundation under floors etc.incl ramming,watering and consolidating complete, cost and carriage of all material involved upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade M-75 excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - all work at all levels in 1:4:8 (1 cement 4 coarsesand 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) incl cost and carriage of all material involved upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concerete of specified grade 1:1.5:3(1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size crushed aggeregate) for reinforced cement concrete works excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. All work at upto Plinth levels. M-20.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete in M-10 grade concrete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including cost and carriage of all materials involved upto site of work complete.

Supply including digging, carrying by lorry, filling River Bed Material mixed with coarse sand and round nallah shingle 75mm, as per lines, cross sections, grade and camber, including watering & consolidation in layers

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reiforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position & binding with binding wire all complete, Hot Rolled Deformed Bars (All work at all levels complete)

Providing form work including Centering ,shuttering , strutting, propping etc.using ply wood sheeting with water proofing ply board (12 mm min.thickness) and removal of the same for( All work at all levels complete.)
