Half brick masonry with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth including curing in : (Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand))

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding complete.

Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for Foundations: footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and Fixing of steel benches by way of fixing in ground in M10 cement conrete. Benches made of rectangular tubular section of 50x30x4mm @ 3" C/C with side Arms of cast iron and same legs incld painting with synthetic enemal paint of approved brand and manufacture. (The sitting and back area length should not be less than 16".)

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete.)
