Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISSHBG metal from approved sources including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and watering etc., complete. Above basement

Brickwork in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks of standard size including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and including all labour charges and all incidential charges etc., complete. For Superstruture.

Supplying and applying of two coats of Putty of 3mm thic over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be throughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. IT shall then be sand papered (water Proof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and evern surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of Putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2 coat of putty after 6 hours of 1 St coat of Putty and then sand papering (water proof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface Smoothly etc., complete complaying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental officers. (The rates are inclusing of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (water proof abrasive sheet), cost of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth etc., complete). Plastering in CM 1:5 ,12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Paving the floor with best quality Vetrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M.Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Repairs of Steel Windows and Doors

Distempering the old walls and ceiling Two coat with best oil bound distemper (inside the building) of approved quality and colour over one coat of wall primer including clearing surface in all floors etc complete with standard specification

Re Painting the walls with Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour including preparation of surface and finishing outside the building over one coat of cement primer including clearing the surface in all floors etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting the old iron works two coats with syntactic enamel paint and trade for doors & windows including cost and conveyance of all materials and all other labour charges etc., complete.

Paving the Top of roof with Solar reflective ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.Sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing cuddapah slab for cupboard shelf

Supplying and fixing PVC Rain water down fall pipes of following dia meter etc., complete.

Supplying and erriecting, centring for plane surfaces structures such as RCC slab, beam etc., inlcuding strutting upto 3m height using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm x and B.G 10 stiffened with M.s angles of size 25 mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over country wood (silver Oak) joists of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm spaced at 90cm centres and supported by casurina props of size 10 - 13cm dia spaced at 75 cm centres including necessary cross bracings\ etc., complete complying with standard specifications 10 m2 Shuttering.

Supply and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of steels to worksite including labour for cutting, jointing and welding if necessary including all labour charges for dying with binding wire etc., complete.
