The joint shall be made by engaging skilled, qualified cable jointer as per specification. The scope of work also includes joint preparation, connection, termination, commissioning of joint as per specifications. The shifting of kits to locations is in the scope of contractor.

Installation of heat shrinkable out door/indoor type HT straight through joint and end termination kit for 3C x 150sq.mm/240sq.mm aluminium conductor XLPE insulated 11KV grade (E) armoured cable. The joint shall be made by engaging skilled, qualified cable jointer as per specification. The scope of work also includes joint preparation, connection ,termination, commissioning of joint as per specifications. The shifting of kits to locations is in the scope of contractor.

Installation of solid type 90mm wide GI light channels for routing cables (from cable trays/ panels/ DBs/ JBs to various field equipment or between equipment as directed by Engineer-in- charge), including supply and installation of clamps/ fasteners/ supports, along with bending, cutting, shaping etc. Note: Payment for installation of GI light channels provided for cabling shall be based on measurement along the Centre line including accessories.

LIGHTING SYSTEM

Installation of 4 way MCB board supplied against Item No: 12.1 on wall/column with 12mm dia anchor fasteners inside the new 33KV substation control room

Installation of 25 mm conduit supplied against Item No: 12.2 on wall/column Installation of 25mm PVC conduit with rawl plug and wood screw on wall / ceiling at an interval of not more than 600mm.

Installation of 2.5 sqmm PVC single core,multy strand wire supplied against Item No: 12.3 for alll power points and DB to Switch board.

Installation of 1.5 sqmm PVC single core,multy strand Red,yellow, Blue, Black and Green wire supplied against Item No: 12.4 for all points

Installation of surface mounting GI/PVC 6 Way Gang Box with mounting cover plate =, 4 Nos,6 amps switches, one 5pin 6 amps sockets. The box shall be fixed with required screws, sleeves etc on wall/coloumn. supplied against Item No: 12.5

Installation of 1x22/20 watt LED T8 Tube lights fixtures including all accessories with all connections made up to connector supplied against Item No: 12.6. The fixture is to be installed with two numbers of round/square PVC blocks/Clamps , round celng rose with self threaded screws and PVC sleeves on wall/column. All requred consumables, round blocks,ceiling rose and connection is in the scope of contractor. All as instructed by the engineer in charge.

Installation of battery back up emergency light supplied against Item No: 12.7 on wall / coloum as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Installation of SWITCH SOCKET COMBINED (5 pin), 20A/10A with Box & with all connections supplied against Item No: 12.8 Box to be installed with self threaded screws and PVC sleevs on wall/column. All consumables required for completion of job is in the scope of contractor,

Installation of ceiling fan 1200 mm. sweep, 300-375 rpm, brown colour, supplied against item No. 12.9

Installation of Exhaust fan 300 mm dia/ sweep, Industrial type supplied against item No. 12.10. Installation work also includes assembling, fixing and making all the connections including earth connection. The 3 core X 0.75 sq.mm copper flexible cable for connection of fans and consumables are in contractors scope.

Installation of Octagonal GI Street lighting Poles (Up to 9 mtr. Long) by providing required RCC foundation. The foundation shall be by excavating the pit of size 1.0mtr x 1.0mtr x1.2mtr deep. Foundation base with100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 (40 mm down ) to be provided. Above the PCC, foundation with RCC 1:2:4, 20 down size to be casted as per drawing. 04Nos foundation bolts are to be embaded in the concrete.15 mm Plastring in CM 1:5 to be done for pole foundation of size 0.450 mtr X 0.450mtr X 0.300 mtr height above FGL. Shifting of pole and its installation, providing cable entry pipe , plastering work, alignment of poles and all other related work to be carried out by contractor. The rate is inclusive of 3.5C X2.5Sqmm copper flexible cable of length 11mtrs. The tools & tackles, material and manpower required for the above work is to be arranged. All works to be carried out as per drawing, specifications and as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

EARTHING SYSTEM

Installation of plate type earth pit with 600 X 600 X 6.3mm G.I. plate as per BIS : 3043.

Installation of GI flat of 25 x 3mm size supplied aainst item No. 18. The cost of installlation includes cutting of required length, Laying on the wall/beam/on floor. chipping /clamping /welding/lugging of GI flat & connecting the bolt & nut as per the site requirement.

Installation of GI flat of 50 x 6mm size supplied aainst item No. 19.0. The cost of installlation includes cutting of required length, Laying on the wall/beam/on floor. chipping /clamping /welding/lugging of GI flat & connecting the bolt & nut as per the site requirement.

Removal of 3.15 MVA, 33KV /11 KV transformer from existing foundation for reinstallation at near by transformer foundation in same transformer centre. The removal of transformer to be carried out at minimum time by providing required skilled manpower, tools tackles etc. The required crane will be provided by NPCIL on free of cost. The scope of work includes removal of cables / ACSR conductors, earthing connection and any other related work as required.

Reinstallation of 3.15 MVA, 33KV /11 KV transformer in new foundation for in transformer centre. The reinstallation of transformer to be carried out at minimum time by providing required skilled manpower, tools tackles etc. The required crane will be provided by NPCIL on free of cost. The scope of work includes shifting of transformer from 33 KV substation existing location to new 33 KV substation near swimming pool about max 1 KM distance in same area, welding of base frame on EP provided and all other related work as specification and as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Station transformer in new proposed 33KV substation. Installation of 500KVA, 11KV /415 KV transformer in new foundation for in transformer centre. The installation of transformer to be carried out at minimum time by providing required skilled manpower, tools tackles etc. The required crane will be provided by NPCIL on free of cost. The scope of work includes shifting of transformer from 33 KV substation to new 33 KV substation near swimming pool about max 1 KM distance in same area, welding of base frame on EP provided and all other related work as specification and as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Earthwork Excavation of size 600mm(W)X 800mm(D) in all Sorts of Soil, Soft rock / Soft murum for foundation of trenches, drains & pipe lines etc. including dismantling / breaking; the bitumen road; concrete road; pavers etc. at road crossings / drains crossings / walls crossings etc, providing and laying [including proper preparation of base by compacting with watering] RCC hume pipe of 300 mm. dia. [including jointing the joints in CM 1:2 & curing]; refilling the sides of RCC hume pipe [by leaving depth of 200 mm from top of existing road surface] using excavated good quality soil, leveling / dressing & hand ramming with proper watering, laying the PCC 1:3:6 [using 40 mm & downgraded stone aggregates] of depth 200 mm with necessary formwork, colleting & disposing the waste; surplus soil & unwanted materials / things up to a lead of 1000 meters from the place of work etc., complete all as per specification, as per manufactures technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts.
