Restoration of Rain damages to LWSS Pandoga in tehsil Haroli Distt. Una (HP) (SH Construction of OHSR 50000 ltrs capacity with 15 mtrs staging height in the complex T/Well No. 38 Pandoga)

Excavation in foundation and trenches etc.(in pipes and pits) in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft/hard rock, chiselling/wedging out of rock/where blasting prohibited) saturated soil stacking the excavated soil as directed by the Engineer-in-charge clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer –in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete using M - 10 concrete mix with graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts

Providing and laying cement concrete using M - 25 concrete mix with graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :

Foundation,footing.bases of columns & the like & the mass concrete.

Wall (any thickness,but not less than 0.10 mtr.thickness) attached pilasters,buttresses,plinth & string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level

Column,pillars,posts & struts upto floor two level

Plinth Level to floor two level

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor two level.

Foundation,footing,bases of columns etc.and mass concrete.

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs,landing and the like

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like i/c attached pillasres buttresses, plinth & string courses and the like.

(vi) Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings, so as to give a rough finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 mtrs.height.

Beyond 4.00 mtr.height.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending,binding & placing in position complete upto floor two level.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortor 1:3 (1cement :3 Sand) complete in all respect within all leads & lifts.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand & maunfacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt & remains of loose powedered material etc.

Providing & fixing 500 mm dia.CI man hole cover with frame and the weight of frame & cover should not be less than 116 kg complete in all respect within all leads & lifts.

Fixing GMS/MS Pipes conforming to relevants BIS codes of below mentioned diameters fully jointed with MS Flanges of Table - 5 as per IS :6392 - 1971 excluding the cost of excavation in trenches complete in all respect within all leads & lifts.

Providing plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 Sand: 6graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete in all respect within all leads & lifts.

Providing under layers for plinth protection 75 mm thick (unconslidated) bed dry brick/stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size well rammed & grouted with fine sand i/c preparation of ground complete in all respect within all leads & lifts.

Constructing chamber for sluice valve, with CI surface box 100 mm top dia.,160 mm bottom dia.&180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid RCC top 1: 2: 4 mix (1 cement :2 Sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) 100 mm thick foundation conc.1:5:10 mix (1cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) & inside plastering with cement mortor 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Sand ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement i/c curing complete. 600 x 600 x 750 mm inside size With 150mm th.walls of RCC 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete with form work & reinforcement with 6 mm bars at not exceeding 150 mm centres both ways.
