Repair to 25 hp motor at Malhar Intake by way of decoupling of motor from pump and then carrying to nearest road by way of head load for sending to workshop . Extraction of rotors and side covers from stator of motors submerged under silt and then washing of rotor and stator thoroughly followed by drying of rotor and stator . Repair to rotor shaft by welding ,turning ,and finishing for exact bearing size making keyways . The dried motor will undergo complete rewinding of horizontal squirrel cage motor with B/F Class insulating material and Super enamelled copper wire including varnishing ,heat treatment for any current leakages. Assembling complete motor and shifting to site ,coupling with pump, making proper alignment ,making connections, Testing on no load at workshop and then full load at site . Complete job includes Cost of material ,Shifting/transportation, unloading /loading and labour charges

Repair to 50 ampere LT control panel alongwith allied works at Malhar intake stage-0

Repair to 50 ampere lt control panel by way of replacement of worn out parts of 50 ampere rating LT control panel cum fault analyzer cum auto starter installed at pumping station malhar intake stage - 0 . The job involves dismantling of all the incoming and outgoing power cables from the panel and shifting to workshop. The job involves extraction of damaged components thereafter Providing/fitting of Electronic Motor protection relay (digital) with inbuilt protection of voltage and current related faults, 3no. spare contactor kits of 50 ampere rating conforming to same rating and specifications as per old sample. Providing and fitting of Digital voltmeter- 1 no. and amperemeter-1no. each along with replacement of internal control wiring. Shifting the panel back to site, fitment and testing of the equipment, without load and thereafter on full load. Job includes the cost of material / labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.

Repair to 100 KVA voltage stabilizer alongwith allied works at Malhar intake stage-0

Repair of 100 kva voltage stabilizer at Pumping Station malhar intake(stage-0) by way of disconnecting all electrical connection and making temporary arrangement for running the system . Dragging the stabilizer outside the pump room by deploying manual labour and carrying of 100 kva voltage stabilizer upto the nearest roadside by way of head load using manual labour and then shifting to the workshop for further repair . Unfastening of nuts bolts and opening the top cover then extracting the coils with the chain block . Job also includes cleaning of silt from the coils extracted of the stabilizer , cleaning of tank , Replacement of 02 nos. Coils with new coils of superior quality copper complete with insulation and varnish . Replacement of Ampere meter – 01 no. , Voltmeters – 02 no and other impaired parts like selector switches – 03 no. ,rotor switches – 03 no. , electrical wiring etc. Job further include filling of 100 kva voltage stabilizer with fresh 200 litres fresh T- Oil . Lowering of internal assembly inside the chamber and closing the top cover by fastening the nuts and bolts . Shifting the voltage stabilizer from workshop to Pumping Station and then testing of voltage stabilizer at both no load and full load . Complete job includes cost of material ,labour,,carriage ,,hire charges of tools tackles etc.

Job further includes providing ,fitting and laying of 35 mm2 aluminium cable from busbar to mcccb and mccb to electric panel and from panel to motor approx. 60 meter(30 meter each for two no. pumpsets) . Also job includes providing and fitting of 160 ampere mccbs – 2no. Of 50 ka breaking strength . Job includes providing and fitting of 2 mega pixel cctv camera system comprising of 4 no. Bullet cameras along with DVR of highest HD resolution in the premises of pumping station malhar along with wifi connecting with 1 no.
