Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection,finished the surface of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in filling, sub base of floor etc complete all as specified

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L for Granite 20 mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platform and like, over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust mixed with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite colour as per direction of GE, including dismantling the existing stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 60 mm thick machine pressed rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block (glossy finish) of M-35 Gde of approved shape, size & colour confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and no pigment with and including necessary edging with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 including demolition of existing paver block / tile of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 80 mm thick machine pressed rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block (glossy finish) of M-35 Gde of approved shape, size & colour confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and no pigment with and including necessary edging with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 and demolition of existing paver block / tile of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stone dust cushioning under interlocking paver block including spreading, levelling ,watering and consolidation complete all as specified

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles (glossy finish) 40 cm x 40 cm x 25 mm thick set ,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) including necessary edging with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 and demolition of existing stone slab / tile of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash complete all as specified

M&L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified

M&L for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance , dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted ) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm on new plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified

S&F in repairs mild steel work (tubular, square/rectangular hollow section) as in purline, rafter and wind ties, cleat roof trusses etc including securing bed plate, flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc including all necessary drilling ,bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering of door, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings ( exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rail and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing of Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall/ridge, fixed with self tapping screws etc. complete including dismanting of existing sheet of any description complete all as specified and directed. Note : Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based profile pattern steel sheet shall be of make- TATA Blue scope colourbond XRW or other equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F in repair 25 mm thick (measured solid) pre-cast cement concrete louvers and jallies including pre-cast frame with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate including all mouldings and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) embedded in concrete,brick work,masonary etc. any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each in soft/loose soil n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n exc. 25 cm complete all as specified .

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified

S&F mild steel hand rails, half round or other stock section hand-rail straight portion,drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified

S&F in repairs mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5cm long but not exceeding 10cm long and diameter of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified

S&F mild steel round bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length band to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for similar work conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290(Gde-E-165) complete all as specified

S&F in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured).

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire including dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type.

M&L for Brickwork sub class 'B' work with using Modular size Brick , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 including demolition of brick work complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with wpc on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.
