FIXING INSTALLATION CONNECTION TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF 1 NO WATER COOLER AND RO WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM INCLUDING CARRIAGE TO SITE OF WORK LOADING UNLOADING PLUMBING ELECTRICAL CONNECTION ETC COMPLETE IN ALL RESPECTS

Fixing of water cooler 80 Ltr. capacity including carriage to site of work, loading & unloading , connections water pipe & fittings including stabilizer & electricity connection etc complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of EIC (water cooler & stabilizer will be supplied by the department).

Fixing of water filter cum purifier including carriage to site of work, loading & unloading, G.I. specials required for installations complete in all respects . (water filter cum purifier will be supplied by the department).

Providing and fixing in position PVC water Tank including the cost of brass ball cock complete in all respects including masonry base make displast/ sintax (500 Ltr. Capacity).

Providing Manufacturing , cutting , welding, jointing a water cooler protection cage of size 4’x 4’x 11’-6” with two compartment including cost of angle picket of size 50x 50x 6mm, flat of size 25mm x 4mm, wire mesh 10 gauge , M.S. sheet 10 gauge to support PVC tank, green fiber sheet of size 5’x 5’ , locking arrangement for flushing / repairing of PVC tank, nut bolt washer etc. as per satisfaction of EIC (analysis attached).

Construction of platform of size 5’x 5’x 1’-6” for fixing of water cooler including cost of brick work , plaster, sand filling , cement concrete 1:5:10, Cement concrete 1:2:4 ceramic glazed floor & wall tile on top & side of platform etc as per drawing complete in all respects. as per satisfaction of EIC (analysis attached).

Providing and fixing of ¾” GI pipe for inlet connection including G.I. union, ½” ferrule=1No., drilling & taping , ¾” ball valve , reducer 1 ½” PVC having waste pipe , etc. & 3” i/d PVC pipe having 4kg / cm2 pressure outlet connection,, making connection with existing sewer line including making hole & repair the same etc. complete in all respects. as per satisfaction of EIC (analysis attached).

Providing and laying of 2.5mm2 copper cable for provision of power to the stabilizer complete in all respects.

Constructing brick masonry chamber for underground C.I. inspection chamber and bends with bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) C.I. cover with frame (light duty) 455x610 mm internal dimensions, total weight of cover with frame to be not less than 38 kg (weight of cover 23 kg and weight of frame 15 kg), R.C.C. top slab with 1:2:4 mix (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement on walls and bed concrete etc. complete as per standard design: Inside dimensions 455x610 mm and 45 cm deep for single pipe line : With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 as per DSR item no. 19.30.1.1 (analysis attached).

Providing and fixing square-mouth S.W. gully trap class SP-1 complete with C.I. grating brick masonry chamber with water tight C.I. cover with frame of 300 x300 mm size (inside) the weight of cover to be not less than 4.50 kg and frame to be not less than 2.70 kg as per standard design: 100x100 mm size P type With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 as per DSR item No. 19.4.1.1(analysis attached).
