Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Well Gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Conceret 1:4:8 (One Cement four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering and wherever necessary laying in layers of 15cm thick and consolidated and curing complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete.-

Supplying and errecting centering for plane surfaces such as RCC slab,beam etc.,including strutting upto 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm for boarding laid over country wood (silver Oak) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm spaced at 90cm centres and supported by casurina props of size 10 - 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centres including necessary cross bracings etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of M.S or RTS rods including cutting, bending, placing and tying in position including cost of binding wire etc complete as per standard specification.

Brick work in Cement Mortar in 1:5 ( One cement and Five Sand ) using best quality of Country bricks of size 8¾x 4 ¼ x 2 ¾ including all cost of materials and labour charges including Curing charges etc., complete as per Standard Specificationand as directed by department officials.

Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement five sand) 12mm thick in all floors and all exposed surfaces including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges,Curing etc completeand as directed by department officials..

White washing two coats with freshly burnt shell lime white in colour in all floors including cost of lime and other materials brushes scaffolding charges etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed. -100sq.m S.I.333

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in position steel Windows / Ventilators of the following types; outer frames and shutter frames shall be made out of steel sections confirming to IS.7452 / 1990 t of ‘Z’ section (F.7D) of size 25mm x 20mm x 3mm and mullions are made of (F4B) ‘J’ sections of size 46mm x 25mm x 3mm and sash bars shall be made of ‘T’ section (T2) of size 25mm x 22mm x 3mm. including providing handle cum latch with suitable open shall be left for its easy operation and adjustable wind stay of sufficient length shall be provided for each shutter and with necessary MS angle hold fasts welded to the outer frame and 12mm MS square guard bars shall be welded to the inner flat of the window at equal intervals not exceeding 100 mm spacing and welding 18G MS sheet for panes and including one coat of red oxide primer and charges for fixing in position including dismantling the masonry, concrete and redoing the same duly packed with concrete etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of mild steel door with single/double shutters using M.S angle of size 40 x 40 x 6mm for outer frames and 35 x 35 x 5mm for shutter frames, fully covered with M.S sheet of 18 gauge with M.S flat of size 32 x 6 mm for internal stiffners and one number of aldrop , two numbers of tower bolts, holdfasts, hinges, handles etc., including providing one coat of red oxide primer. The rates shall inclusive of cost of all materials labour charges for fixing the door in position by dismantling the masonry, concrete etc. and redoing the same to the original condition duly packed with concrete etc., complete.

PVC Panelled door Shutters Hollow Type - 200mm x20mm panels with 1mm wall thickness for panels and styles and rails of suitable size with 2mm wall thickness suitably reinforced using MS Angle / Flat including cost of necessary aluminium hinges and other furniture fittings

Painting new iron works with two coats of approved quality and color of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floor etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position white glazed Indian water closet of size 580 X 440mm of Orissa type of approved quality with 'P' or 'S' trap with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 ; 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes by dismandling masonry / RCC works and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers etc complete as per standard specification.

Weathering Course with broken brick jelly 20mm size pure slacked lime over R.C.C. roof slab the preparation of 32:12.5 for required depth and slope etc. complete.

Finishing with top of roof with one course of Machine Pressed Tiles of 20mm thick of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 12mm thick mixed with WPC at 2% by weight of cement used and top pointed with the same red oxide mixed mortar etc complete. As per standard specification.

Supplyind and fixing following thickness of polished Cuddapah slab for cupboard etc, complete in all floors.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 using the following sizes of hard broken stone jelly for RCC pre-cast slabs excluding cost of reinforcement grill in position but including moulding finishing, curing, and fixing them in position etc., complete complying with standard specification. TNDSS NO. 28 V,VI S25

Paving the flooring with Granite slab (super fine polished with machine cut edges) of sizes 4'0" x 2'0" and above, 18/20mm thick of Synthetic grey, Paradise, and similar varieties set in cement motor 1:3 (one cement three sand), 20mm thick and top pointed with colour cement etc, complete in all floors.

Finishing the top of flooring with granothatic flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggrigate) using 10 to 12mm stone chips – 25mm tk etc., Complete.
