Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying pipe, cable, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/ loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc. 25 cm in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain face and set in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, mild steel round bar 10mm dia cut to length bend to shape requied including cracking, binding, hooking as required for chain link fencing, for tie bar strengthing and fixing with nuts and bolts in fencing post, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, mild steel screw bolts 5 to 10mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc.5cm but not exc 10cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, MS flat iron 40 x 6mm thick for fixing chain link fencing with necessary nuts and bolts, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS galvanised 4mm dia chain link fencing,150x100mm or 100 x 100 mm mesh or cages with 4mm dia mild steel galvanized lapped straining and binding etc complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire and dismantling of fencing wire mesh complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, 50mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base floor, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar (1:6) including taking down old unserviceable tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for, providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, rendering 15 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on walls and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of wall surfaces and finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, preparation of old decorated plastered wall surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, reinforced concrete pipes, 450mm bore class NP2 complete with collars, laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar including dismantling of broken/ cracked RCC pipes and removing the same out side MD land at a distance not exc. 5.0 Km, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for 450mm bore RCC pipe, complete all as specified and directed.
