M&L for precast factory made concrete kerb stone of size 300x250x100mm complete all as shown on Sketch enclosed, as specified and directed and. Note:- The grade of concrete shall not be less than M25 (ii) Kerb stones shall be tested in NABL approved laboratory for grade of concrete and test certificate shall be produced by the contractor before incorporation in the work.

M&L single brick masonry valve pit chamber of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 600 mm( Internal dimension), with3.15 mm thick mild steel sheet cover fixed with 02 Nos stainless steel hinges of 75 mm long on angle iron frame of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick, mild steel sheet cover and angle iron frame shall be painted with two coats black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer, PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (Using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in foundation, 230 mm thick brick wall built in cement mortar 1:4, 50mm thick coping with PCC 1:3:6 , typeC-0 ( using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) , 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to all internal and exposed surfaces of valve pit including necessary excavation and earth work etc all as shown in drawing, as specified and directed.

Taking out and relaying of HT cable of any size and cable protection covers including excavation returning filling etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Sand cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform punned thickness of 23 cm (15 cm under the cable & 8 cm over the cable) shall be measured & paid separately under respective items.

Taking out and relaying of LT cable of 35 Sqmm to 300 Sqmm size and cable protection cover including excavation returning filling complete all as specified and directed.
