Factory made FRP alternately called GRP door frame of size 75mmx100mm fabricated using E glass Chopped Strand Mat CSM U.V stabilised Inopthalic Gelcoat and impregnated with Inopthalic resin. The thickness of the GRP skins shall not be less than 2.00mm. The door frame consist of four segments which are provided with plug in socket arrangement in situ in the mould. The segments are plugged in and are joined together by means of screw.
