Charges for Services rendered from Head / Home Office : To be paid on Lumpsum basis

Total Lumpsum charges for Consultancy services rendered from Head / Home office for EPCM services covered under the scope of EPCM-2 and Consultancy service charges for units/facilities on BOO basis covered under the scope of EPCM-2.

Total Lumpsum charges for Consultancy services rendered from Head / Home office for PMC services for EPCC/LSTK Packages covered under EPCM-2.

Charges for services towards Construction Management & Supervision: To be paid on Man-month basis
