Providing & fixing 8mm thick Calcium Sillicate Board False ceiling of 1200 x 1200 ( having min. density of 650 Kg/m3, Moisture Content of 8-10%, Glue Sheer Strength ( in dry state)> 1300 N/mm2, Tensile Strength Parallel to face grain > 40 N / mm2 and Perpendicular to face grain > 25 N/mm2 MOR > 45 N mm2, MOE > 4000 N / mm2 ( across the grain) and MOE > 7500 N/mm2 ( along the grain) vertical & SFB confirming to ISO 8336:1993 (E) having density > 1200 kg/m class (I) surface spread of flame & fire propagation index < 3 as per BS – 476 part 6 & 7. The ignitability, heat evolved, flame spread & smoke evolved index class should be zero index and fire resistance for ½ hour fire rating as per ISO 809 – 1979.

Internal Electrification I/C Tube lights, Concealed Copper Wiring, Fan & Plug points as per following specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge: Electrification work shall be done as per requirement considering 300 LUX level & as per drawing with 2 x 28w twin reflective luminary / LED fittings and ceiling Fans & powder coated matt finish concealed LED light fixtures with concealed copper wiring in walls & roof with concealed multi stand copper wiring of 2 x 2.5 mm Sq mm for ( 5 Amp ), 2 x 4 Sq mm for power ( 15 Amp ) points and 2 x 6.00 Sq mm for A/C points with metacolate / industrial sockets for AC's in concealed PVC conduiting with proper earthing with 1.5 Sq mm copper wiring . The internal electrification should be terminated to 4 nos main distribution board having double door of required capacity separately for AC'c , Powers , Light points with emergency lighting complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Provision of interconnected 5000 litres x 5 water storage tanks with 6mtr high staging of size 6.5mt*1.5mt made of ISMC 125 with MS tubular bracing of 60 x 30mm / 38x38mm with ISMC 75 supports allaround under tanks to be placed over 5mm thick MS chequered plate platform complete with single stair case and 3' high MS tubular railing with 25mm dia inlet pipe & 40mm dia outlet pipe (up to foundation level) of UPVC / CPVC , gate valve and other accessories etc..

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades,laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Providing Toilet Fixtures for Gents , Ladies & Physical handicapped toilet including internal drainage & Sewerage piping complete with provision of 300 x 800 or as ----------------------

Provision of fire fighting SITC of addressable and analog fire alarm and detection system with fire alarm control panel,smoke detectors,heat detectors,response indicator,hooter,manual call point and fire extinguishers with battery charges for 24 hours for stand by power(make :-HONEYWELL MORLAY) complete as per fire norms/relevant IS Code and as per directions of engineer-in-charge. .
