Earth work excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, ordinary earth, earth mix with 50% fair sized boulders etc., with initial lead and lifts including laying, spreading, leveling, sectioning breaking clods etc., including all incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification . for Foundations SS 20B

Supply delivery and filling of M- Sand in layer of not more than 15 cm thick including watering with all layers and consolidation complying with standard specification including cost and conveyence of sand to Site and all labour charges and all other incidential charges etc,. complete as per Standard Specification

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One part cement four part M- sand and eight part aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. With Strutting Plain surface culvert

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 (One cement, one and half M-sand and Three aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for all RCC items of work excluding centering strutting, and reinforcement grills placed in position but including mixing concrete, laying and vibrations charges, curing, etc complete and including providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary etc. complete complying with standard specification ( TNBP No:30)

Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement two sand and four aggregates) mix using 20mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly in all PCC works connected to the work excluding shuttering , Centering and cost of Reinforcement grills but including curing ,finishing etc complete with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers etc complete as per standard specification.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed tor steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per design given including cost of steel and binding wire with all conveyance and lead charges in all floors etc.complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the deparmental engineers. Floor finish with Granolithic flooring 25mm thick P.C.C 1:2:4 mix using 6 to 12mm chips including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour for mixing laying and finishing smooth as directed by departmental Engineers and as standard specification. TNBP NO. 29
